Regan at the Barnstaple branch was extremely helpful - saw I was struggling trying on coats - came straight over and offered to unlock the coats - was helpful in recommending the right coat in the correct size - was very impressed with the selection on offer - asked if I had a blue light card for further discounts (which I did) and offered to find our Go Outdoors membership card on the til as didn’t have it on us - because he was so helpful, we ended up purchasing other items as well - he is a credit to your company - well done Regan 👍

Lee was excellent - we came in to buy two new waterproofs, he was patient - gave us advice and answered our questions. Two waterproofs, two new fleeces and a bag later… Great experience

The greatest customer service of all time. Had arrived in Barnstaple from Bristol with our tent, and realised I had completely forgotten the poles. Went to Go Outdoors Barnstaple and explained my situation to an absolute legend named Regan, who immediately sourced me some poles for free. This man has saved my holiday single handedly.

Easy c&c purchase, the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Kevin was ultimately helpful today. It was our first visit to the Go Outdoors shop in Barnstaple and Kevin approached us and answered our questions with friendliness, commitment and knowledge.

Kacey helped me find a pair of walking boots. She talked me through the various brands and the product features. Kacey was attentive, polite, smiling and her product knowledge was excellent. She is a credit to the store. Once again, customer service within the Barnstaple branch has been outstanding.

I went into the store in Barnstaple to get a mains kit & a 4 shelf cupboard..I was greeted by Ben who was very helpful & then Kevin helped me with the rest of my shop..Would totally recommend this store

Jeremy + Regan saved the day thankfully.
Got to our campsite and set everything up with our brand new air tent, about 30 mins later a pop and had to get a replacement inner tube which unfortunately was not in stock, Jeremy climed into a flat tent instore and managed to rechieve the correct inner tube. we're back up and running so a massive thanks to the Barnstaple store and especially Jeremy.

Visited the go outdoors today for walking boots and was served by Leo and kacey.
Both were very friendly and helpful. Leo was dealing with another customer at the time when approached for help. But he went and found another staff member kacey, to help find different sizes of walking boots for us try. Nothing was too much trouble and would recommend the Barnstaple store.

Found everything we needed thanks to Leo checking in the warehouse.
