Called to get a quote for gas supply and was connected directly to a real person quite quickly who was very helpful, answered all my question and got me switched over from Octopus to get a better fixed gas tariff. I've been with Good Energy for Electricity for the past 10 months and have had a good experience with them.

We dealt with Rachel C to get our feed-in tariff switched over from the previous owner. Rachel's customer service was brilliant in aiding us with this process, especially given that it can be quite confusing for someone who has not owned solar panels before. She went above and beyond, and was brilliant in her communication.
