I find the Staff at Good Energy very knowledgable and helpful. If they are unable to answer a query they respond with the answer very quickly. We have been with Good Energy for thirteen years and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I think the company is very good but we would love to use your App but cannot down load for various reasons!

We have been using Good energy for the last 10 years for FIT solar payments. We have had batteries fitted recently and Sonu was great helping with the change over. Lots of information and advice was provided by Sonu. Even though it was a complex process, everything went smoothly once all the information required had been provided. Thank you Sonu.

A good experience with Good Energy
I phoned Good Energy because I was still being charged for gas on estimated bills after my gas supply had ended.
I spoke to Sony who was efficient and friendly. She got the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

Good Human Communication
Good Human Communication! The price was right, and I like the Idea of a B Corp energy supplier, I like the "100% British-made renewable electricity from independent producers"! This is the future and I choose to support it.
We are a business account and I am very happy with my decision to choose Good Energy. The switch was seamless, I was a bit worried so I contacted them 3-4 times to check if all was good, but I shouldn't have, all was OK.

Called to get a quote for gas supply and was connected directly to a real person quite quickly who was very helpful, answered all my question and got me switched over from Octopus to get a better fixed gas tariff. I've been with Good Energy for Electricity for the past 10 months and have had a good experience with them.
