Signed up for a package. Got one appointment in and all others have been continuously canceled. I’ve asked for a refund and have been stonewalled. Scam artists

I received second degree burns on my face from Lazer hair removal. My review is on their website and photo attached. My upper lip is extremely swollen, second degree burns, and my teeth even hurt from the pain of the Lazer. I have asked to speak to the owner of the facility and still have not been contacted as of yet.

I wouldn’t recommend going here… I got a laser tattoo removal and it discolored my skin after the 6th treatment…. Smh and they wouldn’t take blame like they did nothing wrong and it was my fault… smh do not go here

I would stay aware. I was sold on a "luxury spa" and spent over 10K. Three years later haven't been able to secure services. I typically dont post and try and get any unhappiness settled with the vendor and myself. Either they are short staffed or different nurses. I changed locations 3 times. Although last location personable and caring no consistency and last minute cancellations. I called regarding the last Laseraway cancelation and 3 days later no call back.

It's way too expensive. I got a completly wrong recommandation paid in advance and didn't saw any good results. I had dark spots in my face and I was recommanded to book the clear and brillance afterwards I was told that microneedling would be better. When I called to complain about it they hang up the phone twice to my face! Never Never again. I'm very disappointed.

Omaha location was where I went, but I should have just kept my $1,000. Someone from Chicago was the person I consulted with who stated I needed two syringes of juvederm and 6 units of Botox. Unfortunately neither worked and I was left very disappointed. If you do not think treatment will work, do NOT encourage it.

They also tried to sell me a micro needling package since this was a horror show for $3,500, but that will not happen. If you cannot do what you say you can do, please do not say anything at all.

Don’t waste your money, see a certified plastic surgeon. These treatments are for young people who have zero clue what a wrinkle is and just like to throw money away.

Very disappointing experience with LaserAway. The treatment we agreed on was changed after I signed the contract. When I went for my injection, they told me this was not the treatment we had agreed on and that I should speak with the Rockwall location. The first filler injection was done by a technician, not a doctor, and after the injection I experienced pain, bruising, and a problem with the vein in my lip. They dissolved the filler later, but then refused to refund my money and told me I would have to buy another injection instead. They kept sending me back and forth between locations and corporate with no real solution. This caused me stress, financial loss, and physical deformation. Because of this experience, I am now pursuing legal action. I strongly advise people to avoid them.

Be careful with this company LaserAway. They told me the refund would appear on my credit card within about 10 days. I requested the refund on February 20, but until now I still don’t see it on my credit card. I’ve followed up with them, and they keep saying the refund is on the way, but nothing has shown up. I have contacted the merchant several times to request my refund, but unfortunately I have not received any response from them. It has been difficult to continue following up, and it now seems like they may not be processing the refund. And I asked an email refund confirmation… But they never sent me any email regarding my refund…

Clear & Brilliant: My experience began with six Clear & Brilliant sessions. During the initial video consult, I was given bold, unwavering promises about reducing a raised scar on my face. The certainty was impressive — almost theatrical.
Six sessions and $1,800 later, the scar looks more noticeable than before. When I brought this up, the story shifted instantly. Suddenly, I was told something completely different, as if the original promises had never been spoken.
A dermatologist later confirmed what LaserAway never mentioned: some chains simply don’t have the equipment to treat certain scars, but they’ll still sell you the package anyway. That realization was the first crack in the façade.
Filler: Then came the filler. I received cheek filler in October 2025. A few months later, I developed a soft, fluid‑like pocket in the exact area where the filler was injected. When I called, I wasn’t met with concern. I was met with contradiction, deflection, and a tone that suggested my questions were an inconvenience.
At my follow‑up appointment, the clinical trainer took photos and briefly “consulted her team.” Within minutes, they returned with a conclusion that felt pre‑written long before I walked in: not filler‑related. No explanation. No curiosity. No genuine attempt to understand what was happening. Just a quick dismissal and a recommendation to see my primary care provider.
The entire interaction felt like watching a performance where the lines were memorized, the expressions rehearsed, and the outcome predetermined. It was impossible to ignore the disconnect between the polished image they project and the lack of accountability behind it.
I explained that I had never experienced anything like this before and that the swelling appeared exactly where the filler was placed. My concerns were brushed aside with the kind of practiced detachment that only comes from repeating the same script to too many dissatisfied customers.
Final Curtain: LaserAway Arcadia offered me contradictions, dismissals, and a complete absence of responsibility. I walked in expecting expertise. I walked out realizing I had been treated like a transaction, not a patient.
If you’re considering this location, let my experience be the warning I never received. Some places shine brightly on the surface — but the moment you need honesty or support, the lights go out.

Absolutely horrific! I bought a Botox and tattoo removal package and got it financed through PatientFi (BIG MISTAKE) the Botox completely sank my right eyebrow and I look absolutely awful! Rose in Seattle WA did it, I left reviews on other review sites and they responded that they are actively looking for my records and will be contacting me in 24 hours… they never did. The front desk staff is always extremely rude and aggressive salesmen pushing packages down your throat. They have canceled my tattoo removal session many times the night before my appointment claiming their machine is broken and needs to be repaired. What?!? Ew. Anyway, go to Skin Spirit instead or Frontier Dermatology and see Dr. Reichel instead of this cheap god forsaken place

This people is crazy, I called to inquire for some hair removal on my ear lobes and in between my eyes brows, very minor all together may be about 50 hairs (per my wife count) and they wanted $900 bucks, can you believe it?
Do they think customers are stupid, out of curiosity I called a place in SFV, in ENCINO to be exact and they quoted me at $60 to $80 bucks.
Also they are very aggressive on the phone.
Look somewhere else, they don't deserve you.

I am writing this review regarding a promotional advertisement I received directly from LaserAway via Instagram.

The ad clearly stated: “$125 For Your First Instant Glow Laser Facial.” There was no indication that this was a consultation fee, a starting price, or a credit toward a package. It was presented as a promotional rate for a first treatment.

I followed the exact instructions in the advertisement, completed the required form, and was contacted to schedule. However, when I referenced the $125 promotional offer, I was informed that there was no knowledge of such a promotion.

After sending a screenshot of the advertisement I received, I still did not receive a clear explanation or acknowledgment.

This raises serious consumer protection concerns. Advertising a specific price and then denying knowledge of it when a consumer attempts to redeem it can reasonably be perceived as deceptive or bait-and-switch marketing.

Consumers rely on accurate and transparent advertising when making decisions about aesthetic and medical treatments. I hope LaserAway’s corporate management reviews this matter carefully and ensures that all advertised promotions are clearly communicated and honored across locations.

Completely unacceptable customer experience. I will continue posting this review at additional locations until someone takes ownership and responds.

For two months, I have tried every reasonable channel to get a response — and have been ignored at every step.

Timeline:

• Dec 20, 2025 – Posted a Google review. Management responded claiming they “couldn’t find my account,” which makes no sense because my review name matches the name on my account exactly.
• Jan 3, 2026 – Sent an email. No response.
• Feb 3, 2026 – Followed up. No response.
• Feb 16, 2026 – Called. Was told the issue would be escalated and I’d receive a callback. That callback never came.
• Feb 20, 2026 – Called again. Still nothing.

This isn’t a delay. It’s a pattern of being ignored.

When a company can’t acknowledge a customer across reviews, email, or phone for 60+ days, that’s a serious operational failure.

I recently tried this place for a treatment of Skinpen because they were running a promotion, as they just rolled out the new treatment. The quality of care from both the nurses and the front desk was amazing and so far I'm loving the results from the treatment. Would recommend for services.

Listen. I would not recommend LaserAway for any reason. They regularly made me reschedule my appointments because they had call-ins and I was never compensated for delayed treatments. I never had the same person do my laser hair removal twice - it was always someone new. There is also a huge disconnect between the people upselling at the front desk and the people actually doing the service - I once paid for a service then showed up for the service and was told I couldn't because I was breastfeeding. It is totally fine to have this sort of medical guidelines - encouraged, in fact - but to allow a customer to pay for the service without recognizing this is a huge issue. It was a waste of my time and money. I've had an awful experience at every turn and am only completing my treatment because it was already paid for. The platform they use for their financing is also very difficult to work with.

I had originally signed up for 3 freezing treatments for fat loss. After the first treatment I had a bad reaction that caused swelling and my blood pressure to spike and remain high for several days. When I called to let them know, they said they would note it but nothing else was said. When I asked if I could get a refund on the other two treatments I hadn't used they said they would have to have the main office call me back. They didn't. I called them again a few weeks later, same answer. This happened two more times. Finally, without talking with me, they decided they would refund a few hundred dollars, having charged me over two thousand. They decided that they would charge me "full price"for one, which they arbitrarily decided was almost as much as the three treatments "on special." Terrible treatment of customers and what I would see as deliberately ripping them off. The treatment did nothing but cause deformation to boot. If I could give zero stars, I would .
