I dealt with Kirnan. He was great to deal with did everything he could whenever I needed it.

Everything went really smooth, got a loan for a piece of equipment with no money down. Kept asking to make sure there was no money down, sign the paperwork then the next day they take 1st and last payment and administrative fees out. When I called about it, they said it was in the contract. Asked why wasn't I told this up front, he said sorry but it was in the contract. Would've gave a 5 star but that was very unprofessional in my opinion and left a nasty taste in my mouth now...

Loan took 2 weeks to get funded. Cost me 2 days down time staying in a motel waiting to pickup equipment. The POA I signed was ok'ed so I sent it FedEx only to find out o. Friday the POA was not filled out right. So had to resend FedEx.

My rep was helpful through out the process. For most of the process he was transparent. I'm thankful for the opportunity to finance with Currency , thanks.

Good service

I only dealt with a portion of the process (mostly the beginning with financial info collection and the end with pulling it all together). Susan Weeden as far as I saw, was amazing. There were plenty of loose ends to pick up and she was on top of everything and everyone (including me) pulling it together. And I know my husband put her through her paces while he searched for the perfect plane.

Extremely poor customer service, will not return calls. Only after refusing to deal with my current agent did she actually start taking the time to finalize the transition.

We applied on3 different lenders,one of them just denied the loan, the other lender answered after 3 weeks saying they interested on our business,stevana answered on the next day we started asking 150K loan they very kind and patient leading us to get it,it was approved in the next couple weeks because we needed a higher loan Stevana and his manager got the highest loan we needed to get a nice grapple truck!!
