Never purchased a plane before, cold called and Kathy answered the phone and from there it was smooth as she answered all the nutty questions we had and she made it happen within the time frame needed! I highly recommend giving them a call for your financing needs and we now have them on speed dial for when we decide to upgrade

Horrible service you cannot even get ahold of them on the phone or get a call back. (Got hung up on the automated service yesterday 3 times.) Last year we had 5 charges backs with them and lost them all because our rep did not email us that we wanted to proceed with the response of our dispute that we already submitted! When I called after I lost arbitration, they said he no longer works here, and I lost the 4,000 dispute. (That was only one) There fees have also skyrocketed.

My company received a loan from them for a Concession Food Trailer. Currency took so long to deliver the funds the vendor sold the equipment to someone else. Currency is currently billing me for equipment that was never received. When I contact there customer service via phone, sent several emails, and 7 months later still no contact from them. Stay away from this COMPANY. They leave a response here but yet to respond to my emails or phone calls…. STAY AWAY!!!

Mitch was very helpful and friendly. Multiple documents slowed the process. Thos made things a little cumbersome but I was happy with the results

Took to long to get payment to vender so I could pick up equipment. Still can't use as now I have to wait for you guys to get tag sent instead of me getting title and having tag day I got equipment

My dealings with currency finance has been the worst, and hardest loan I have ever tried to get. When I first applied Jon called me and was helpful and said that I was approved and could get funding within a couple days. It has been 2 weeks and still do not have money wired to the equipment dealership. I am losing thousands of dollars and tons of business because nothing is getting done. Dozens of calls, texts, and emails were blatantly ignored by Jon and others at the office. When he wouldn’t answer my call I would call the main line. When the lady transferred me to Jon he would answer. I found a different company that was much better to deal with but right as I was about to make a deal with the other company Jon responded. THE ONLY reason that I have stayed with currency finance and didn’t look for another loan company is because there is no penalty for paying off the loan early after 12 months. I highly do not recommend this company. I hope this review changes some minds on dealing with these clowns

Justin was very professional. He explained each step all the way through the purchase until the final day of funding. I had a great experience with this purchase. I will recommend my friends and family to use currency finance for their trucking purchases.
