Brandy, a rep at Clicklease, was an absolute pleasure to speak with. The current landscape of customer support for almost every company/brand I deal with today... just sucks. No way to sugarcoat that. You're LUCKY if you get a human being and if it doesn't take 30 minutes or more just to do so. Brandy was on the line within seconds of my call and even after we got disconnected (my fault, not hers) I was able to get back in touch with her and she had a solution already because she went to her manager right after the call dropped. So, I didn't have to start all over... I pay ATT over $4k a year for pure service and I've spent hours just trying to deal with bots and SOP that gets no solution because anyone with half a brain has already unplugged the router, hit reset, etc. Then... you get a human... get disconnected (bc ATT's own cellular service sucks and drops like hotcakes) and HAVE TO START ALL OVER!

Thank you BRANDY! And thanks to Clicklease for having an accessible customer support department who makes notes so a dropped call was able to be rerouted and find a quick resolution. Time. Is. Money. They get it.

Brandy was a big help today and made things quick, easy, and clear when it came to discussions about my lease options.

This would be a one star review if not for Brandy. She was the only competition person there that I could talk to. Brandy made my final conversation with CL tolerable. Seriously if not for her and her help closing my account I would give CL a 0% of me giving a review

I had a small problem that could have been huge. Allison helped me out and really saved the day for me.

I’m gonna tell you about my experience today with Cliq, which was actually a positive experience with Donovan. I had some issues with my equipment and I wanted to change the payment date and I was already ready to argue with Don and hang up the phone on him, but he was so patient with me and he actually went above and beyond to make sure that my wishes and my needs were tended to to the point where he even went to a higher up supervisor to try to change my payment date because I’ve been trying to change the date for a long time and everybody just kept telling me no but today Donovan was able to get that done. Once Don actually listen to me and made me feel appreciated. I made my payment I went and transferred the money and I was happy to give him the payment and set it up to make more payments. I appreciate you Don.

Jennifer was excellent very professional and understanding. In a matter of minutes she had resolved my issues and helped me get back on track.

The company is secretive an information to give to their clients to find their tag and who they sent it to Charlie it's been about 45 minutes online with me trying to give me information I'm still waiting for a tag the State of Florida requires all trailers to have a tag and a registration mine also has a VIN number which definitely requires a tag my vehicle runs the DOT number on it that means I have to stop at all weight stations and if I do not have a tag I get a few $1,000 worth of fines to me

First off, If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. This is 100% a scam leasing company that disguises itself as a normal loan company. And first I would like to say I am literally mentally scarred for life after everything I have been through with this company. I have lost so much sleep and time worrying about ClickLease and everything they have done to me and my family. This is going to be a long review, but I have to get my story out there. I will try my best to make this as short as possible. Okay, so first off, from the very beginning before getting into all of this mess, I was told by both Used Vending and ClickLease that I was just getting a traditional loan and that I will rent to own the equipment. I was never informed that what I was signing was a lease at all nor was I told about the purchase option at the end of my payments. You truly must read the fine print because this company WILL lie to you. Long story short, I got a loan from this company so I could buy a concession trailer for my dad. He became disabled a year ago and thus no one would hire him. Well, my parents had told me they were about to lose their house and become homeless because they started getting behind on bills, So, I put my everything going on in my life on hold and moved back in with my them to help pay bills and keep the home afloat. I am 24 years old and I am my mom and dad's son. Well, me and my dad came up with an idea on how he could make a bit of money to help with bills as well. It has always been my dads dream to run a food truck, and so I began searching online for one. Well, I eventually stumbled upon a website called used vending. This company is also 100% a scam. I believe that any company that works with ClickLease is 100% up to no good and are setting you up to get scammed and ruin your life. Long story short, Used Vending sent me to ClickLease to get the equipment. When me and my family went to go get the equipment, we noticed a BUNCH of cooking equipment was missing that was supposed to go with it, we were told by clicklease and the seller that everything would get mailed to me because the seller just forgot to stock it before we showed up (In reality the seller took them out of it before we got there), Well, we never received anything in the mail... And when we got back home after picking up the equipment, we tested it out and noticed that nothing worked like it said it did in the description for the equipment. When we told Clicklease about this, they said it was too late and that it was our fault for not testing everything before taking it home which I will admit, we should have. It was our fault there, but we were desperate. They took advantage of that. The sinks didn't work, the water heater didn't work, the door was broken, and many other things were broken and not working. Lord, we have been scammed and lied to by used vending, clicklease, and the seller. As for ClickLease, so far ClickLease has refused to pull payments for the lease multiple times despite proof our money was in the bank long before it was due. They neglect pulling payments in order to say that you were late and then charge you more in late fees, so your monthly bill is higher. They have done this to us multiple times. They even said it was 100% their fault that payments didn't go through and that their "System" keeps messing up, but we know better. They have told us that we would get paid back from the system problems, but we are yet to receive all the extra money we have given them. I have been dealing with these people for almost a year now. I really need help, I am young and inexperienced. All I ever wanted to do was save my parents from becoming homeless. If anyone sees this, please pray for me.
