I cannot speak more highly of my experience of this company. I had inadvertently ordered the same item twice. Before I had even realised this myself, Kelsey, from Customer Services, had tried to ring me to verify and, when unsuccessful, had emailed me too. I've recently had a very poor experience of a company delivering 'customer service' only through Ai. Kelsey beats Ai hands down! The item arrived next day and was the best price I could find anywhere on the internet for it. Wonderful.

Ordered the television on Sunday and it was delivered for free two days later on Tuesday. Very pleased with the price and quality of the television. Well done Go-Electrical.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Go-Electrical. What a "find" .... I was looking online for a Dyson v12 Detect slim Absolute Cordless vacuum cleaner and found just the model I wanted £170 LESS than most top names online!
I ordered it Monday 7th July, and it was delivered to Seaton, Devon on the 8th. That's what I call good service!
I must also state that their Customer Service staff were speedy in getting back to me with my query before purchasing. They rang back after five minutes, as promised. (Spoke to Kelsey) When we need anything electrical we shall have no hesitation in using this excellent shop again.

Ordered on-line on Saturday 5th July a Sebo X7 cleaner. On Monday received an e-mail saying it had gone out of stock, but was offered an upgrade Sebo cleaner at no extra cost. I accepted and the cleaner arrived at 9.00am on Wednesday 9th July. Excellent service and customer relations. I will not hesitate to order from Go-Electrical in future.

Fantastic customer service as always! Ordered an air-con unit today for my pregnant daughter who is struggling with the heat. Called up to request delivery date and the team immediately ensured that the unit went out of the warehouse the same day!! Can’t thank them enough! Same air con unit as mine, which I also bought from them a few years ago: the de longhi N82 ECO. Great unit very cool and quiet.
