I ordered a Sebo vacuum cleaner online from Go-Electrical as they were offering the best price but they e-mailed me the following day and said unfortunately the model I ordered was temporarily out of stock until the following week but as a goodwill gesture they would give me a free upgrade to the superior model with higher spec should I wish to accept, I replied later that day and said that I would be happy with this arrangement they replied and said that the order would now be processed, the vacuum cleaner was delivered to my address by Parcelforce at 08:30 the following morning. I would certainly use Go-Electrical again as the level of service was very professional and I highly recommend this company.

Great prices and super quick delivery with friendly support, though a couple of customer note that stock issues can occasionally delay orders.

The price was £20 cheaper than any other online store I could find even in black friday deals. Very easy to contact when I had a query about delivery, no complicated multi choice switchboard menus.
