Excellent. I hadnt heard of this company before but have just bought a Sebo vacuum from them. I did hesitate because the price was cheaper than elsewhere but reviews were great so I gave them a go. Excellent delivery times, delivered by DHL, very quick service and the vacuum is excellent. I will definitely use this company again. Very impressed.

We bought a Sebo vacuum from the online store. Ordering was easy and we added a few extras too.
When I emailed for an update on delivery they rang me back the next morning to let me know that it was packed and was ready for collection by the courier, it arrived the next day.
Really pleased with my Sebo and the service.

Their products might be good and cheap but disgusting customer service. I waited for my refund over 3 weeks. Their excuse was the secretary is on HOLIDAY. And like there is no one could replace her while she is on holiday in this big company and they cannot refund my money?? What a joke! One person is away so everything/business stops?? They deliberately kept my money and made me wait. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Reply: you haven’t dealt with my refund after the person returned from holiday. (5th of August) as you said. I had to email you again on the 7th to remind you otherwise I probably would be waiting longer.

Ordered Tues afternoon delivered Wednesday. Definitely use again. Thank you.

Excellent price, quick delivery, what's not to like?!

Our old Dyson died and we decided to buy new one. Go-Electrical was much cheaper than anyone else. At first, Paypal wouldn't work so I rang the company and got an instant response. The gentleman suggested we try a different phone to make the order and it worked straight away. The new machine arrived via Parcelforce exactly when Ho-Electrical said it would, next day, less than 24 hours after ordering, with no delivery charge.

So far, Go-Electrical has been excellent.

This company is amazing! I bought a Dyson which was almost £100 cheaper than anywhere else. I rang the company before I ordered it and I got to speak to an actual person who was so helpful - unheard of these days! I ordered it and it arrived the next day- no problems.
