Product does what its supposed to and build quality is fine but the delivery and customs takes a long time

Order arrived after nearly 3 weeks even though I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping and when I emailed to complain after 1 week of no updates they havent replied for 2 weeks.

This company has not replied to my 2 emails that were sent several weeks ago. It has been a month since I placed my order and they have finally communicated with me by sending me notice that my item was being prepared to be shipped. With the provided tracking number, I have been checking the status of my shipment, and there have been no updates mentioning my item is on its way for over a week. The process has been painstakingly slow, and due to the fact that they don't reply to my attempts to communicate with them, I was beginning to think that I had been a victim of a scam. Apparently this website is legitimate, as they have many positive reviews. I just wish I could give the same positive review myself. I am only giving them 2 stars review instead of 1 due to the salvation that they sent me a tracking number! I really hope I get my order within the next two weeks.

Hey sincerely these guys r the real deal. ive used similar pieces bought from ebay and amazon. both have failed.
the outstanding quality of this product outlasted both being 2mm thicker than the competitor pieces in the middle of the H pattern would snap. NOT G\MOD.

Held contact with customer service through email and it was cordial, fast and helpful.

The purchase was flawless. I purchased the v3 Metal Edition for my logitech H-Shifter, it fits, the instructions are easy to read and understand.

As for the shipment since its origin is from UK it took more than two - three weeks to arrive into my country (southern europe) had to pay a fee at the customs, and after that the tracking of the delivery was detailed and organized.

Tried to cancel my order through their website and email. No response. They shipped it anyway. They had plenty of time to see my messages, and they offer no way to cancel without messaging them.

Fantastic company, the logitech H shifter mod is well built and easy to install. Great item for the price. Well worth it.

Thank you very much for arranging the international shipment, even with the complicated address. I look forward to receiving the package so I can update my devices.

H Shifter mod broke after a couple minutes of normal use. Contacted the seller for replacement, but no reply.

Well made H plate for the gear shift. Ideal for it’s intended purpose

Perfect seller, really well made mod for my g29 shifter feels more like an actual car shifter now! Was a delay in delivery but sent a free keyring as a bonus for the delay also great communication.

The item, acquired through the eBay platform, is of high quality and was securely packaged. While the delivery was not as prompt as anticipated, with other concurrent purchases from different vendors arriving two days prior, I unequivocally recommend this seller and would consider future transactions.

I bought an mmi box for my Evoque second hand and fitted it my self.
It worked ok but there were a couple of isues due to settings.
Spoke to the guys there and they were so professional and polite.
At short notice they said pop in and we will sort it for you, which I did.
10 mins later the unit is working flawlessly.
They waited for me to arrive on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks guys.

Great stuff all around, the logitech shifter mod is excellently finished and takes the shifter from feeling like a cheap toy to some proper kit. Surely a different feel to any car I've driven, but almost more satisfying the way it snaps into gear.
