Status: Goods shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated . Maybe they do not know what order and shipment numbers are but the shipment number is CS932098
I will declare under oath It is directly from their site.It has got nothing to do with another area. They stated the value of goods as $38 and when it got here I had to declare the correct value which was $938. That is fraud in any country. Any customs in any country will penalize you heavily.Now they blame another country?
Warning Globalmedia pro has NO, I repeat NO backup service. If something goes wrong in any way they ignore you point blank. You will get no help. Your money is wasted. They do send you what you order. But in the even of any problem. Nothing. You take a risk when you buy anything from them. So avoid Globalmedia Pro at all costs. Ref order 9398771. Everything went well with a few orders. Now I wasted over $700 and Globalmedia pro ignores me from the first message I sent them with a problem. No help in any way. I send at least 10 messages mails etc etc No Answer or help. Useless. Total frustration. I will keep repeating this complaint until they contact me to arrange something because I was now forced by law to pay the penalty or have my goods confiscated as well as being criminally charged. Is that OK? I dont think so.If they contact me with some agreement and repay me the penalties I will stop reporting and remove my complaints. Bottom line. I was basically framed by Globalmediapro and had to pay. Be aware. The sad thing is that their prices are great and their products too. Had no problems with any item yet. But help from them? Nothing

Good Product at great price
They offer really good service at great price and their customer support is great too. Items are delivered well on time and in pristine condition. Never had any kind of problem with them. Kudos to Globalmediapro.
Worst and untrustable
I lost 20,000 USD project with my client for The project we are in need of Panasonic AG AC 30 Camera 4 pcs i tried everywhere there was shortage of Stock OF PAL one finally i got in globalmediapro
i ask them, do you have in stock on 28 march they said yes they have after that we send them wired transfer of 5714 USD as the site promised to deliver it on 4-5 days till now everything was just good
but after 4 days they said they finally got payment and they proceed for shipment which just say, they will inform us when it shipped i was running out of time but till 2 days nothing happen
after that i found this site and i wrote that they are just worst for processing and not even getting proper answer from them whats going on
suddenly i received Email to remove my review and they cancel my order without giving a reason , and they will refund my amount back, after 2 days i got refund but only 5659 USD which 55 USD loss and also i also lose 20,000 USD project , total loss of 20055 USD
this is worst service by any online seller we ever faced .

You're Taking a Gamble With This Company
I purchased 3 x 160wh V-Mount batteries for my new (at the time) Red Epic in February 2016. The initial delay in shipping the batteries caused a bit of a headache when I was eager to get my camera up and rolling, but the savings looked good enough to justify the wait.
Everything arrived in good shape, but the issues started rolling in a few months later. The camera was powering down randomly when using one of the batteries. It would just cut power, shut down and wasn't able to boot up again unless the battery was removed from the camera and re-attached. But the camera would just turn off again minutes later. The other batteries were working fine. I suspected it was a faulty cell as this battery got very minimal use over the previous few months.
I reached out to GMP about the issue and they told me that the batteries were only meant to be used with the official RED v-mount adapter and that the issue was my fault. I asked how the battery could be repaired or replaced and they advised "the affected battery needs to be discarded. Please only use our batteries with the equipment we list as compatible." Of course, this is an idiotic response from them since I didn't buy 3 large batteries to only be used in one scenario: they were going to be used on steadicam sleds, monitors and battery belts, all by makers other than Red. V-mount batteries are not some proprietary technology that can only be used in one application. It sounded like more of an excuse for how they didn't need to provide any assistance toward their subpar products.
We're now a year later and a second battery has begun showing the same issues, leaving me with only 1 usable battery of the 3. At this point, I'm just waiting for the last one to fail. With no help from GMP, I'll be moving my power needs over to Blueshape. It's more expensive but their customer service is better and I feel more secure that my money is being well spent. With GlobalMediaPro, I essentially wasted over $1000 on defective batteries (after shipping and taxes on the shipment) that the company would not stand behind.
Full disclaimer, I know other people who have been using these batteries for years and have not had any issues. But when you're spending a few thousand dollars, you don't want to end up in a scenario where your batteries are failing while you're in the middle of a shoot and the company that makes them offers nothing in terms of customer service. GMP is not worth the risk or headache.

A disaster if things go wrong
There is a reason why all Global Media pro's reviews are either 1 star or 5 star. Global Media Pro describes their service as being like a vending machine. You put your money in and get the product out. When all goes well it works efficiently and smoothly. But imagine what happens when it doesn't. You're at a deserted railway station late at night and fancy a bar of chocolate. You put your money into the machine, the mechanism whirrs and ........... nothing. You look in vain for a station attendant. You phone the number on the side of the machine - there's no answer and it disconnects. You shake the machine. You kick the machine. You swear and shout, but to no avail - there is simply no-one who cares. Then, suddenly, without warning the bar of chocolate drops into the tray - Hurray! You rush to unwrap it, but to your dismay you find it's inedible. Out of date, covered in mould and mangled. There's absolutely nothing whatever you can do about it. Right - you've only lost £1, but I ordered a device from GM pro that cost me £361. Delivery was promised in 4-5 days but it took 2 weeks and I missed the deadline I needed it for. Then days after it arrived I got an entirely unexpected Duty Tax demand from Fedex for £95. My device is faulty. Global Media Pro doesn't respond to messages or answer its own phone line. The company who sent the device is based in HongKong. They don't answer their phone either and their e-mail address is undeliverable. Essentially I am standing in a deserted railway station shouting into the emptiness and there is NO-ONE to hear me and no-one who gives a damn. Nothing whatever in the world would ever induce me to use Global Media Pro ever again. I have lost £456 as surely as if I had thrown the money down the drain. Buyer beware. Do not use these people. And, on top of that, I found the same product from a reputable UK site at less than what I had paid originally, and was forced to buy it as I need it desperately to finish a project.
To add insult to injury, having ignored my e-mails and my message to report the faulty device, within an hour of posting an unfavourable review I received an e-mail from GMP asking me to remove my 'unfair' review. I replied that I would do so if I received a refund and they replied thus:
"This is the first email we received from you.
Datavideo makes reliable equipment and any fault is unlikely. We have some ideas how it can be solved and if our ideas do not help we will communicate the supplier's engineers.
Please delete your unfair reviews."
I responded by forwarding them the e-mails that they claim not to have received and asking again for a full refund.
That was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing since.
Never a problem
I've found that this is one of the better suppliers around. I always find what I need (usually for a lot less than some of their competitors) and never experienced any delays or hiccups with ordering/shipping. These guys have been around for a while and are a great find if you purchase equipment on a regular basis and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Cheers guys.

Purchase cancelled after payment was done.
I purchased a Mack warranty through globalmediapro.

I asked why they do not process and they tell me, that my purchase is canceled without any given reason as written in their trade terms.
I had to agree with getting a refund but they did not process it. Finally after 2 weeks and writing another email they gave me the refund.
I felt like giving globalmediapro a credit for free plus the wasted time.
Consider twice if you want to buy there.
