They didn't have the original case I…
They didn't have the original case I wanted in stock. However, they did find me another one that was in stock that was very similar to the original one I wanted that they managed to show me through email and correct the order with that one. Very quick response and very honest answers and they let me have the option to either wait for the case I wanted or go for the recommended one which was lovely. The PC it's self runs beautiful and I love it, so happy with it. Lovely service, quick and easy to understand.

I will say this if you have patients and know what your looking for, you will get it
I will say this, It will take a while, but you get a kick A** system built to your spec like mine.
I Had a Budget in my mind and with a few tweeks i got what i asked for and More, I know it aint the latest and greatest but its what i asked for.

Amazing there was an issue with a power lead but as soon as I emailed them they where in touch and sent me a one out fast response and the pc is amazing fast and good for my university work

Nice and tidy!
Gladiator sent me exactly what I ordered with no fuss or drama. The build was great, I'd highly recommend the cable management option. Nice and tidy.

Tidy solid build
Have had computers before from Gladiator. Installed my SSD`s in the case, and as expected, a solid clean build and good cable management. I changed nearly all the components from the stock build and it was all installed correctly. Would use again.

Made everything a breeze
I can't praise them enough. I contacted 4 different PC building companies in the north west area with an outline of my requirements but with wiggle room for recommendations. Two never replied. One came back to me and was very dismissive and patronising and tried to sell me a pre-build that had nothing I wanted. Gladiator not only responded promptly but with a great list of component options at a good price and talked me through the pros and cons of each. I ended up with a fantastic, super quiet, attractive, well built and super quick PC and after 18months of owning it I can say that it still runs beautifully with minimal maintenance. Shout out to Jamie (if still about) for making the whole process so easy.

The team at Gladiator. Worked hard and fast to get my order to me ASAP.
What a machine. This is beyond what I anticipated. Absolute legends.
I would definitely recommend Gladiator to anybody wanting to get their hands on a pre built.
Every time I boot my new rig up, what a smile I have and the experience of just playing top chart games effortlessly.

Not one problem.
I first tried Gladiator PCs after a deal that I saw on a FrankieonPC's video back in 2016 and for seven years I've never had a hardware issue with it. They sent me emails keep me up to date on what was happening on the computer, and even sent a picture of a staff member working on said computer, Even got a packet of Haribos from it.
And after I outgrown that computer, I ordered my newest PC and so far I've not had a single issue, still kept me up to date with the building process. No packet of Haribo this time but I'll let that slide.

Where’s my refund?
I recently had to return an item to this company on December 20th and have yet to receive my refund. Not only that, but their customer service has been unresponsive to my calls. This experience has caused me a great deal of stress and has even affected my mental health due to the amount of cash it is. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor handling of returns and lack of customer service
