Well maintained communication,I knew just where gladiator was with my computer build and how soon it would be ready.
Fantastic computer 10 /10.

Fast build, everything worked well! Some things could have used a bit more explaining (like that the product key was added to the case and that's why it wasn't on the envelope) but customer service was understanding of my stupidity and explained it simply!

The computer arrived with loads of packaging inside and outside of the machine.
I was updated on the status of the build via email at each stage in the process.
The quality of the build seems really good having used it for a few weeks, it looks great and runs almost anything that I throw at it.

They built the PC on time-kept me constantly updated. Delivery was a couple of days late but that was due to DPD who were struggling to get parcels out due to the extra work because of Royal Mail strikes and the Christmas period. The PC itself was a reasonable cost and runs very fast.

Bought a PC in 2020, since then I’ve had some issues with my build, I contacted them for help and received no response. I managed to solve my issues by myself after some time, however I noticed potential damage on the GPU inside my PC. I took some photos and sent them to gladiator, asking if it was damaged, I haven’t touched the GPU or anything of the sort since this is my first PC and I didn’t have the confidence to open it up and play around with it myself, still no reply. A couple months later my PC completely stops working, I take it to a repair specialist who had a look at it and immediately stated that it is most likely my GPU, it had sustained internal damage which is most likely a manufacturing fault as I couldn’t have done it myself without shoving something like a screwdriver in there and bending it. This PC cost me almost £2200, I’ve had it for just over 2 years, now it will not work and I have received no support or even a response from gladiator, bear in mind I am still well within my 4 year standard warranty. My brother also had a PC bought for him from gladiator as a christmas present, his has since stopped working properly just over a year later, constant bluescreening and crashing, they haven’t responded to emails regarding that either. Avoid this company at all costs, awful customer service, they do not live up to their promises.

Gladiator were very professional and prompt in any contact I made with them. The gaming tower arrived on schedule, packaged well and good use of the courier. It looks fantastic and works well!!

Had the pc about 2 week everything is very good runs all the games I’ve played well. very good updates as they progressed through the building process.

Excellent service, when my wife mentioned this was for a birthday present they did everything they could to ensure it arrived in a timely manner even though December birthdays are awkward due to high demand, postal strikes, courier delays and supply issues!

Runs like a dream, our 2nd Gladiator PC in the household now!

Purchased this early November and the build was completed middle of November, delay was due to it being the new Ryzen build and no GPU system. I spoke to Dan on the sales team as was very helpful and a nice chap to speak to. PC was delivered spot on and safe and I have been using it since then and been fantastic so far. I can't fault them for anything at all. Would recommend again in the future.

Great all round service from Gladiator. My build was well packaged for delivery and the build is very neat and clean looking. I ordered my build a few weeks before Christmas so the build time was a bit longer than normal but that is to be expected, and Gladiator explain this on their site. Have already recommended Gladiator to friends.

I bought a computer from gladiator pc in 2019 because they were recommended to me by a friend. I was fully updated on build progress and delivery times. That computer is still working perfect and now belongs to my grandson, So i decided to splash out a bit and buy a top end pc again from gladiator pc. I got the same perfect service from order to delivery as last time. The computer is more than i expected even with the extras i added to it. the packing was very well done and the build was as i expected it to be.

Only one bad point, ( Not gladiators fault ). when DPD arrived at my flat i went to help him with the pc knowing it was heavy. But he decided to start rolling it down the street. The PC survived due to the great packing from Gladiator Pc.

I will defiantly be using this Company again when needed.

Excellent build quality, had one additional request that was also fullfiled, secure packaging inside case to prevent any damage to graphics card, top class, Highly recommended, this is my first system bought from them but won't be last for sure. Arrived within time frames, I have been constantly updated on current status of order, from palcing through building, testing up to packaging and sending.

Good build quality and very tidy wiring inside. The PC was also expertly packaged; however, the use of non-anti-static packaging on the inside of the PC definitely needs to stop.

Excellent quality and build time to delivery was extremely fast, would recommend to anyone looking for a quality machine.

Took a little while longer than estimated to come but worth the wait and to be fair I imagine they are busy.

Was kept upto date on each stage of my build test and shipment.

You might think that this is one bad review lost in all great reviews you can read, well … it might but if what happened to me, happens to you, then you will regret having chosen Gladiator for your PC. To sum up, my almost 3k£ PC failed after a few months, and it took five weeks for Gladiator to come up to no solution. Gladiator finally changed the Processor to a less powerful but newer one (12 cores instead of 16 initially and the under-performance is backed up by benchmark evidence done on my PC, so no argument there). Now, the Graphic Card has also failed, and Gladiator is not responding despite the PC still being under warranty. My advice, walk away …

The PC is brilliant and the updates were great once they started. However, I did have to wait 10 days for the first email to come through which was a bit daunting considering the price. Other than that, would highly recommend !

Amazing looking pc, runs brilliant. I would have liked a little more updates regarding the build as the website states it keeps you well informed. My pc was a bit delayed in being built as they were quite busy which I totally understand but would have like a little heads up. Other than that ice recommended to friends and work colleagues.

I was really hesitant on buying a PC from Gladiator PC. It took 2 phone calls and a lovely gentleman to make me think otherwise.

So first of all, I phoned up and asked LOTS of questions about building a NEW high end gaming PC. I asked the kind man to give me his own opinion on what would be best, he did. He also saved me quite a bit of money too. He ALSO double checked that the parts that - I, ME - had chosen where 100% compatible. After about a 40 minute phone call, he sent me a build via email and I was overjoyed with it! I Loved it! I was ready to buy it the next day.

So, then its the next day and the 4090 gets released and the new power supply gets released... I waited on a video showing us how powerful it was... yeah. It blew me away. I phoned up again, GOT THE SAME very nice gentleman and he recognised me instantly. I thanked him so much with his help with the other PC build. Then I said "Your build that you gave me was perfect! but sadly, I think Im going to get the NEW 4090 PC builds". He did not get angry or upset, he actually made a joke with me and said "I see you saw the reviews for it, powerful isnt it" and I laughed and said yes.

I have never in my life seen such dedicated, lovely people like this. Customer service is amazing and friendly. 10/10 support! I will be back for more in the future!
