Gift Moments Recensioni

Not impressed, cheap quality card, it felt awful and slow delivery. I will not be using again and would not recommend to friends. 👎🏻

Mugs received in very short order and very well packaged. Lovely items to keep and treasure.

Product delivered carefully and exactly as described.

The personalised Chelsea mouse mat is great. Very reasonable price and quality. Also i didn`t have towait too long to recieve it. Excellent.

The parcel arrived undamaged and nicely packaged, everything was good and the gift went down really well with a friend!!

Ordered a phone case, then received a refund via PayPal but no explanation or alternative by the company. Had no correspondence from Gift moments at all. Very poor customer service, actually no service at all.

Fabulous service , lovely selection of gifts it was hard
to choose , but i was really pleased with what I chose
and i will use again

Very pleased with my orders, I made a few mistakes on one order but the staff helped me very quickly to amend it, will order from them again.

Hi I ordered two T-shirts from you one was correct and the other was wrong size, after I emailed you to explain your response was very professional and the wrong T-shirt was put right very quickly and I definitely would order from you if needed in the future, ty.

Very happy with my purchase, a very easy process and quickly delivered, can’t recommend this company enough, thank you

First off the product was great. My issue is that despite entering my correct address on the order (I double checked to make sure) it was addressed to another house on my street on the postage label. Luckily the neighbour who took delivery managed to track me down after asking several people. Thanks to the neighbour the package found its way to us in the end.

Ordered a frame which arrived badly scratched I contacted Gift Moments who replied and sent a replacement almost immediately which I was so impressed with unfortunately this one also is scratched I have not decided yet what to do as I really do not want another one which could be the same. The frame is lovely too.
