I ordered personalised necklace it's very good quality and looks amazing 👏 but customer service its disappointing I pay extra for delivery to make sure I got necklace in time but I don't get my necklace in time I tex for them and didn't get sorry or any other way to explain for me just answer in one my text and ignore me. Anyway my necklace it's amazing thanks.

Very poor quality very slow delivery
Scratched , rough ,poor quality shame as was a lovely idea but as a first birthday present for my granddaughter wasn't impressed also should revise the delivery times the advertise as took way longer than advised

Found this company as was looking for a christening gift , got it personalised but realised after I ordered and paid I had made a mistake on the the spelling, so emailed company to see if they could help . The company replied fixed my mistake and got delivered on time

Birthday Teddy
I bought this item of a Teddy bear with a t shirt on which allowed me to have my own personal message put on this present was for a very dear friend she was so pleased with it she gave the Teddy a name .

We replied with images from the listing showing this is how the lantern is supposed to look and is as shown on the website as the lantern comes with a rustic appearance.
