Great outcome
I was about to give up with this company as I had not heard anything from them for 6 months but once they were in touch with me, things started to happen pretty quick, and in no time I received an outcome that I did not expect. The only thing I would like to have happened was to be able to talk with the company by phone.

Thankyou GMR, I was paid a claim I otherwise never would have received. Very happy.
They pushed on the big bank to review an otherwise cancelled claim and I got a reasonable pay out. It was actually quick as well. Recommend to anyone whom has been denied a claim to have a go.

Pretty simple to use portal, all you do is put in your info and sit back and wait you get emails regularly to let you know what stages it’s up to, 2 claims haven’t taken long at all I have several more on the go., so I’m looking forward to see how that pans out! Thank you get my refund team!

The whole process was so easy! I just entered my details and basically forgot about it till they contacted me with details of a refund. I eneded up with approx $3500, money I never expected and came at the best time.

The process was seamless- everything was kept up to date and I had full access and visibility of the progress of my claim through the portal. Sarah handled all my claims - a superstar in my eyes.
