remediator.com and calling and waiting 2hrs with no result. I notice they advertise featured in The Advertiser, Daily Telegraph, Courier Mail etc. I would ask in what context. Should we contact those media people to ask.

I approached Remediator after seeing your story on A Current Affair 2022.
You finally got in contact with me in early December, I received a total of 6 emails.
The last email was on the 15th December 2022 regarding - Remediator - Photo ID (Driver's Licence) Required to Progress your Claim for a Refund!
Since then, I have had no contact from you, not even an email to state if you didn't find a refund.
So almost a year later, I am now wondering what is happening and feel this to be very unprofessional.

Absolutely appalling. The return we received was nowhere near what we were estimated nor promised. These people should be investigated by Fair Trading NSW as their practices seem pretty dodgy at best. Avoid. Should be no star review. Not worthy of one star.

Extremely disappointed! I have a loan contract that shows I paid loan insurance. Filled in the paper work required by RACV, sent it back to Remediator with the required ID. Less than a week before Xmas I received an email from Remediator they have been unable to determine an outcome and have now closed my claim. I was happy with the communication with Remediator. Was happy to leave them to do what was needed but now I feel they just don't want to know.

I claimed and sent remediator all paper work in November 2021,I still haven't got any refund and i had to contact remediator for updates and they lost my paper work so i had to send it again, then they decided it was not P&N who needed to pay so they contacted another party and I still haven't heard anything of an update or have any REFUND.....

I found Remediator very honest and easy to comprehend there actions, and gave a positive outcome.
Company purpose is commendable but
I think the purpose and intent of the company is great but personally it hasn’t achieved anything so I think people should manage their expectations about huge rewards when in fact it takes ages to get feedback, the processes seem to be very protracted and ultimately it may not result in any refund. Staff seem helpful but my claim has been with them for years and resulted in nothing.

I cannot get a reply, phone number go straight to MessageBank emails are answered I applied for a refund 2/2 months ago and have not heard anything since? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem
