A happy customer
I was kept up to date with my claim and where it was at. My claim was processed and paid out in less than six months, and I didn't have to deal with the bank.

The down side the website is very confusing when adding claim, documents and seeing an invoice for a claim that was processed, but overall would recommend everyone to try getmyrefund

Easy as pie
For one car loan I had six years ago I was sold two lots of junk insurance. GMR was able to get a refund for both lots of insurance. I originally tried to do it myself but was given the run around even though I was still in the cooling off period. I considered this dead money so to get some back even after GMR's generous fee's I was happy.
Only downside is that their website does need some work. Mind you I did try to lodge a claim just after they appeared on TV and their severs crashed. I had two claims going apparently but I could never see them on my account.

You came through in November last year, when the website just went down due to influx after the Current affair TV programme. It was back up with the 24 hours.
We can see your claims on the system your side with no Trouble. Let your claims specialist know if you need help with this. All your claims have been completed now. Thanks for using our service! We loved helping you.
