I've contacted this company a number of timess via chat and email regarding my purchase which hasn't been delivered. No response via email and via chat I get asked to email them. Ordered on 16th April 2022 and its currently 28th April. Poor service and no contact / response.

Quality service and products
This was my second purchase from GetDawah and once again I was more than impressed and satisfied. The customer service team were quick to respond out of hours and efficiently handled my query. Worried that I had placed my order just days before Eid, I was delighted with how quickly the items were delivered (they came the next working day). I ordered three Arabic name necklaces and each one was perfect. The quality and design are beautiful and will make great Eid gifts. I would highly recommend GetDawah for their excellent customer service and quality products.
