No email confirmation, No reply to emails. They reply to messages about delivery and then after the dates have passed they just stop responding. I have not received my order and it’s been way over a month. I’ve ordered from here before, very disappointed with this order. Will not be buying from them again and I recommend not buying from here.

Dont bother ordering with these lot seem like a scam been waiting a month since eid no order just keep getting generic emails

I have been shopping with them for over 5 years, and their products are amazing. I have bought islamic hats and some custom made too, The best quality i have used for hats not to forget the price is very reliable.

Bought a cap at special discounted price. Really amazed at quality of the cap which was surprising given the price it was listed at. They also gave me two free additional caps in post which I initially thought was done by error. They confirmed that it was a gift so I will be forwarding these gifts to my nephews insh'Allah

Don't waste your time. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Cancelled my order without consulting me. They do not even bother to email you with updates to your order. Save yourselves from a headache

This was a first time experience with GetDawah as a business. And they made me extremely happy. I ordered one of the braclets and it was wrong in size and they corrected it straight away and sent another one out. Also every donation is going to charity which is a plus. I would definitely recommend.

How did I only find out about this business/website. High quality stuff. Very good prices. Quick delievery. Customer service 10/10. So underrated. Should be recognized more. Mashallah big up GETDAWAH LONDON.

Emailed for updates, got quick email back for explaining time frame for personalised items. They also emailed to inform me when item despatched and to expect delivery next 2-3 days which was helpful to know. I also gave suggestion which they noted down for future.

the order I received was alright but I thought it would come with a heavy bold text and not too thin including cleaning cloth to maintain it.

Never received my order.This is the first time i have used this company initially they answer my queries through email about my order but when itsbeen mire than 25 days and haven't received my order no reply no emails no update i tried sending them online messages they say email when i email its no reply.
Please stay away from them luckily i oiad from credit card i am going to report them.

I had ordered some wall Arts from this “company”Been sent something completely different on A4 cheap quality paper and not the pictures l ordered but some bright orange quotes. . My emails have gone unanswered. After doing some research, I've found that other customers have reported similar problems with this company. I am urging the company to address these widespread issues and improve your customer service. Will be reporting your company further if problem is not solved asap. As l have been charged and this is very poor customer service and also fraud. This is not halal what you are doing but lying and keeping money that is not made the right way. You are not giving out right orders and that is not acceptable at all. Reply to all emails ASAP
