I have followed all the process and placed a order on the 3/7/2022. Didn’t receive it so emailed the support team on 19/7/2022 and it has been almost a week and no reply. Horrible customer service. I want my product or a refund simple

I ordered the Bangladesh map necklace and its beautiful!! I absolutely love it and it feels like great quality. Was worth every penny and I would highly recommend their services.
It arrived within the estimated delivery time aswell.

I ordered and paid for a necklace for my daughter last Thursday now Tuesday evening ….. order was confirmed no dispatch notice can’t get help from anyone was promised a 2 day delivery now ruined my perfect gift for daughters 18th is this company a scam?? Should have just stuck to Amazon

I was on the live chat and messenger 8 times before I placed my order and was promised a 48hour delivery, I have seen I’m not the only one with these issues. You fail to reply but then defend on here asking me to remove my rating well I will not be removing it as you ruined my daughters birthday present
