Great service again, Steve took the hassle out of setting up my new iPhone for me. Nothing is to much trouble, Highly recommend.

I Went into connect store in ebbwvale where James was at the door welcoming me. James was very polite and welcoming and I felt very relaxed almost right away. Normally I would get nervous going to there’s type of shops but I felt like I known him years just after 5 minutes of chatting about the problem I had. James helped me find a new contact that was right in my price range and gave more than I was looking for. The service I had from James was more than I’ve had before from any other phone shops, James also helped me set up my new phone and said that if there’s anything missed was any issues to come back and see him at any point. Thanks James for making my experience easy

David provides excelent service and is always very helpful in sorting out any queries that we have regarding the phones.I would recommend him to anyone.

Went in to ask whether it was possible to reduce the payments on my partners contract, came out with a new phone, better contracts AND saved money!

I visited the Abadare store today and was in the process of taking out a phone contract. During the process, I noticed they never mentioned that the contract only included 3G and 4G coverage, with no 5G available. As soon as I saw the contract details in the email, I immediately questioned it because 5G coverage is important to me.

The salesman told me there was no 5G coverage in my area, which is simply not true, as I am currently with EE and already receive 5G coverage where I live.

At that point, halfway through the process, I clearly stated that I had changed my mind and no longer wanted the contract. I had not signed any paperwork or physical documents, yet I was told the contract had already been “sold” and was basically forced into continuing. I left both the SIM card and the phone on the counter because I did not want the contract.

I also contacted head office to make a complaint, but instead of dealing with the issue properly, they transferred me straight back to the same store and the same employee involved in the situation.

Very disappointed with the experience and the misleading information provided. I could have received a far better deal with EE. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Dan explained everything clearly, helped me find the best contract for my budget, and even managed to save me money compared to quotes from other network shops in the area. No pressure selling at all, just genuine advice and friendly service. The whole process was quick, easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new phone!

Matt in the Porthmadog shop was excellent with dealing with our request with imternet access around the country when we travel.Very knowledgable about our requirements and introduced us to the most suitable options and the best value available. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

David from Porthmadog office always goes above and beyond.Been going there for few years now. He is polite and easy going, gives you the best options and is never pushy. I'm not tech savvy and he is always patient. Helped to transfer everything from old phone to new one. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I found a deal for 80 Gb Vodaphone Red 2 year contract but Get Connected are not interested in honouring it ? Is this a fair way to conduct a business? It’s not like they are going to go bust ?

Dave at Ross-on-Wye was an absolutely star today. Thank you for assisting with data transfer to getting new iphone 23 up and running. Had urgent need not to be without phone and we were at a loss to.know what to do. Cant thank you enough. Huge asset, well done. :)

Ive been to the pothmadog shop twice now to both get my contract and renew for an updated one
Not only did David go above and beyond in helping me the first time setting everything up when no one else would take on my contract he basically did 90% of the work the second time
He explained everything in minute detail and answered any queries i had and eeased any tension i had
I would 100% recommend using the shop if you plan on getting a new phone or contract all the staff were beyond helpful
