Jon from the Chepstow (Monmouthshire) branch of Get Connected has been most helpful, extremely patient and highly knowledgeable during two successive visits I have made to the shop in order to resolve router and mobile telephone-related connectivity issues - a first-class, friendly and informative service on both occasions I visited the Chepstow branch.

I would highly recommend Alex at Get Connected in Newport shropshire. He helped me change my phone contract and gave me a fantastic deal . Im no good with technology at all so Alex has been very helpful and patient with me showing me how to use my new phone. I have been to Alex numerous times for his help with my new phone. I have also witnessed Alex's customer service with alot of the older generation in Newport. For a young man his customer service is absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend Alex at Get Connected in Newport if you need to change your phone contract or need any help with your mobile. Thank you so much Alex for all your help .

Michael in the Cardigan shop was great! He was very helpful when it came to upgrading my phone. He managed to sort out both mine and my brothers phone the same time. Very friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly.

Big shout out for Alex at Newport, Shropshire shop. We always get our phones and accessories from him and he’s a wealth of information and advice. Nothing is too much trouble. Great bloke and popular with customers. Great service.

I’m an old age pensioner in my 80s and I have just realised after a few months that the chap I dealt with has put me into another contract without my knowledge. I was paying £8 a month and now I am paying £15, I was told I needed to change and upgrade as it was wrong but my son has just informed me that I could’ve stayed with three and paid the £8 I was always paying. I only went in because I was receiving so many calls from their call centre, if it wasn’t calls I was getting messages and it was becoming overwhelming for a woman of my age. Be careful what you sign in future because they don’t explain what contract you’re getting into. It’s not just about the money it’s also not nice being deceived.

This company has a 'help everyone' policy, everything is carefully explained without being patronising, we are not all tech wizards!! Josh has just sorted out a new phone for me, transferred everything over including photos etc. All I had to do was put it on charge. How simple is that? He offers free advice and tech support, why go anywhere else?

I went into the Port Talbot store today and I had an amazing experince with Lauren. I went in as my business contract was due to expire. We explored my options and found that a personal line would be cheaper than a business line so I went forward with it. Lauren gave excelent customer service and communicated really well. I couldn't have asked for better.

I wanted to change my mobile phone contract and had used Abergavenny Get Connected previously. Robert was the employee working today. What an asset to the firm. He was knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. Every question that I asked he patiently answered and was able to direct me to a new contract which was far more affordable. Truly amazing customer service and a real gem.Very professional and had the time to explain everything that I needed to know. I will definitely return for further phone enquires and would highly recommend this business.

David at Craven Arms was so helpful when I was changing my contract, he explained everything that was going to take place & insisted that I go back to see him if I had any problems. Thank you so much David

Went into the Tewkesbury store as upgrade was up for renewal,met Alex who was very helpful and friendly explaining everything clearly and transfered all my info and photos from old phone to the new phone making it a easy carefree experiance .Highly reccomend to use this store the very best of customer service rated excellent thankyou.

Went to into the Ledbury store where I was greeted by Callum Bruce, top man and great service. Sorted me a great deal on a new phone. Strongly advise anyone to go and see him. Helped me transfer all data from old phone onto my new one. Greatly appreciated.
