David was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I was happy with the finance. The staff at Georgesons were very warm and welcoming as well which was great. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

AMAZING SERVICE BY PATRICK CAMPBELL !!!! We enquired about a mercedes benz E Class coupe. We live in london and the video he sent us of the car to the finance quote were everything we asked for. I work as a sales manager in a main dealer and wish all my stuff was like patrick. From the detail wash and polish to the handover we felt welcomed and over the moon the guys was very good thanks to the guy taking me postoffice was good again. Would definitely recommend over a main dealer as they are 5* business and delivery to the word. Thanks again to the team . Richard and Jozef.

I dealt with Patrick, faultless from start to finish and was very accommodating. Very nice gentleman to deal with, can have a good laugh. Got the deal sorted easily enough and communication from him was spot on. I would recommend highly and would definitely return back when I’m looking for another vehicle again.

it was a lovely experience dealing with Charlie. he answered all my questions and would check on things i was unsure of. there were a few things that needed sorting before i could pick the car up but charlie kept me updated throughout and got it all sorted for me. he was never pushy and provided an excellent service 😊 thanks so much for your help charlie!

The actual sales was fine pleasant staff. I purchased a Nissan Juke Nice car drove well but on inspection the headlight was cracked and condensation was forming inside. The salesman had insured me this had been picked up and a new one was being ordered which was acceptable. On the way home i noticed the tyre pressure warning light was on on informed them of this and was told it would be looked at when headlight being replaced. I informed them i was leaving the area some 4 hours away 2 months later and was assured it would be rectified. 6 weeks later i was called in to repair faults. after sitting there for a few hours i was told they had ordered the wrong headlight and also there was a pressure was missing from one of the tyres and needed ordering. I feel the pressure sensor should have been picked on pre sale inspection. I only had 2 weeks before my move left. No word from aftersales i had emailed them numerous times with no answer. They suggested i travel back 4 hours to have the work done which was not an option for me i suggested a garage where i was moving to and this was not an option for them. Finally i sent an email about 3 weeks ago suggesting they send the headlight to my new address and i would foot the bill for fitting it and as yet i still have not had an answer . I find this very poor service and i can not recommend this establishment.

I love my new car which l picked up on Mon a Hyundai Kona lovely colour & lovely to drive s free driving as petrol engine car for 13 yrs l was a bit weary of getting an electric, automatic but it's great & thankyou so much to Ethan for handling everything professionally, he was also very polite & friendly all the staff are, & also he's. dab hand at making coffee once again thanks to Ethan he's s top bloke

Recently bought my new Corsa e at Georgesons. I was after this specific car given it was a Which recommendation, so I travelled to Liverpool as Georgesons had this car in stock, Kyle who handled the sale was knowledgeable, friendly & kept in contact with me. As the car is fairly new I didn’t want to take out the 12 month warranty, so instead I took it to a local garage today for a once over, The upshot being that the car was in good working order. To turn a warning light off they did have to re and de pressurise certain tyres, but confirmed they were in great condition, and so this wasn’t an issue for me. Very relieved & pleased about this & it leaves me with trust & confidence in Georgersons as a car sales outlet - thank you ☺️

Just bought a car from Georgesons cars where from the moment I walked into the showroom felt welcome by the team who put no pressure on me whatsoever, even the owner came out of his office to see if everything was OK. I dealt with the lovely Mia who looked after me with no after sales hidden costs like you hear about at other garages. All in all a pleasant experience so I would highly recommend this garage, there's a reason they've been trading for 70yrs & it's not hard to see why.
