The unit I ordered arrived on time. However, it seemed to have been sourced from Japan or China. When I first turned it on I could not make sense of it, even to change the language to English. I ordered a Peak Design wrist strap which was in stock at the Chatswood store. Received the order confirmation email immediately. Late in the evening an order ready for collection email was received. I collected the item at 9.30 am next day. I was served by Ollie Jones at the entrance counter. Overall service and response was excellent.

Taffa was the best
I came in to ask a few questions about lighting and learn what my options were for a few different style jobs. He offered me a great price, a great solution on a travel speedlight that has been powerful enough to use off camera and when a small item wasnt available instore he helped me come up with a solution so i could travel the next day. I have since done the job and the item worked perfect. Thanks!!
