From the moment we first contacted them about purchasing our Mondeo we have been impressed by the team. The car arrived as promised and on time. We have had cause to contact him a couple of times lately due to the poor service offered by our local Ford dealer and he has gone out of his way to help.
Will definitely be return customers when the time comes to replace our car.

My only suggestion would be to clarify the vehicle option packages available, since this can be confusing, especially with Audi, and you can end up opting for extras that are actually included in the packages.

For the past 14 years I have looked after the sourcing of vehicles for my company.

I stumbled across this company as they were offering a ridiculously cheap deal on a particular vehicle I was looking for and now I wouldn't buy from anywhere else again.

They always deliver what they promise, the right vehicle, at the agreed delivery date and with no fuss.

Wish I had found them earlier!

New Skoda Octavia. best price around and delivered on time. unfortunately the car was written off in a non-fault accident. went back to Alex - and they supplied another car £300 less!

we at PNW ROOFING used gbcardeals to purchase a new van for our roofing firm, and from start to finish have be brilliant, they arranged everything all we had to do was send some details and sign some forms, van was delivered to the door and the driver was very informative and told me check the van over for as long as i like, the service from the sales team was fantastic talked me through every process and never once made me feel under pressure. really pleased with gbcarsales and will be using them time and time again from now on.

Very honest and give the lowest price

I was very nervous initially as had only purchased my previous cars from a garage .However I was contacted regularly with updates of delivery dates and my vehicle was duly delivered on time.i would not hesitate recommending them to family and friends.

Having read a couple of negative reviews about Spectrum on line I was a little nervous about placing an order, however the deal offered at the time was unmatchable elsewhere.

However the actual experience was nothing but good. The order process was easy, regular updates on delivery were helpful ( even when the car manufacture was delayed by a couple of weeks). Having said that delivery was faultless and timely and the car was delivered in pristine condition. My only gripe in the whole process would be that the car was driven to the delivery point rather than being transported.

Absolutely first class service, could not fault the service in any way shape or form. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again and from my experience would highly recommend them.

From my first phone call to GBcardeals to the arrival on my drive two weeks later of the car of my choice it could not have been simpler. Noticed that there are at least two unhappy customers on here, it was pointed out to me very strongly if there was a problem with the car not to sign the delivery form or to accept the car.
