Great product and a good price and excellant customer service

Excellent service - product was delivered early - will certainly use the company again

A very poor retailer when it comes to their order process and delivery service. I received absolutely no notifications as to when the BBQ I ordered would be delivered. BBQ arrived to only a curbside delivery. And on a pallet that the delivery driver refused to take. After informing them that I had no where I could put a massive pallet, I got a call from a garden street android quoting me their fine print. When a company needs to quote you fine print, it’s not a company you want to do business with. Now stuck with a massive pallet that I either need to pay to have removed or return the product. Not to mention the difficulty in getting the very heave product from the curb to my home. Do yourself a favour and pick a better retailer with a modern delivery service.

Railings arrived in good time, well packaged, and as described

Ordered and paid for this £500 plus bbq had to chase for where order was. Today i was told I would get an update when it would be delivered instead while out shopping in Manchester My ring door bell went off and it was a delivery man with my BBQ ! we had to cancel our day out and return to accept goods. Utter rubbish customer service

Don't do it! This item was purchased through Garden Street but supplied by Store More Ltd. Were given the usual 10 day delivery timescale, for delivery on 21st Feb but 2 days before delivery received an update that delivery would be 2 days later on 23rd, no delivery, was told van broke down, delivery would be on 28th Feb, no delivery, was told (again) van broke down. Then told delivery on 4th March. We cancelled. I wouldn't waste my time! Ordered from another supplier on 28th Feb, it arrived this morning (4th March 2024)!!!!!

Cover fitted perfectly, quick service at a good price, highly recommended

Prompt delivery, great price and when there was a hiccup with my address when ordering online, they rang and sorted so the delivery wasn't delayed. Great customer service!

Update on a Rowlinson Mini Greenhouse bought from Garden Street last spring.(Order Reference: 207883 WEB207883)

This item should not be advertised as being fit for outside use.

Ordered last March, it eventually arrived in April after much time wasted chasing missing item ... was told "unfortunately the couriers have lost the item in transport".

MY POOR REVIEW LEFT HERE IN OCTOBER WAS IGNORED ... so I now proffer a 9 month review.

After a few weeks over the summer, the thin layer of varnish had started to come off many areas of wood completely and door joints were quickly becoming weak, causing difficulty in closing them.

After being outside for 9 months it's structure is now actually falling apart and doors no longer closing, as rain has attacked poorly manufactured joints. We've been really busy with work since last spring and didn't have the time to deal with the long list of problems earlier ... I should have sent this back in October after my review was posted.

How on earth does anyone expect such poor level of craftsmanship to be of practical use? Judging by customer service discussed with other grumpy customers here, I don't anticipate a happy resolve but I'm going to seek a full refund and recommend nobody purchase this item for outdoor use.

Will report back here.

Edit. We live in a very mild sheltered valley in Devon ... not on top of some windy moor. The mini-greenhouse also sits against a sheltered wall

I bought a shed from the company. It was thin and fragile and product description did not match what I received. I was very disappointed. I looked at their returns policy and nowhere says a charge of £45. I attempted to politely challenge this but had to deal with an abrupt lady who really didn’t care. Blamed me for changing my mind rather then me receiving a product not fit for purpose. Even was told and have the email to say it can get blown away. Stay away from the company, they obviously don’t value their customers

Excellent service. I purchased a Charles Taylor narrow log storage unit. It was a solid piece of furniture at a very good price. What made it better was the quick delivery and was assembled on arrival. Would definitely recommend Garden Street.

Great service and a good price on the chainsaw I brought

Bought a table and two benches (included in the set). Only one bench arrived but customer services sorted it out promptly and the second bench arrived a few days later. Mistakes happen but correcting them well is why I would shop again with this company.

As I needed to prepare for installation, it would have been very helpful to have had more accurate dimensions for the bench legs. I did manage to get this information eventually by email but the bench spec should have had that detail on. Otherwise good experience

Great product, great delivery and clear assembly instructions. This is the second one we have bought, and it is just as good as the first one.

the bench i wanted was for a commemorative purpose and this bench was perfect for my needs. a solid 2 seater well packaged, promptly delivered and within budget

Sometimes it’s nice just to say that everything is okay.
Ordering was easy
Delivery was untroubled
The flat-packed shed contained every item I required (except tools obviously)
It was a simple, painless transaction.
I didn’t speak to any staff to resolve any issues because there wasn’t any.
I mostly built this bin shed by myself but would recommend that you follow the instructions and have two people building.
The instructions are probably the weakest aspect of the entire purchase but they are more than adequate and I have seen far worse.
I’d probably score a 98%
Two points off for the aforementioned instructions.
Beyond that? It’s simple, easy and painless.

Just a few words about the delivery experience. The date was changed at my request without a fuss and the delivery driver was superb happily offloading all the kit parts and putting the as near to the intended build point as possible. I am very impressed
