Straightforward transaction with prompt delivery. Product as expected and good value.

Ordered the panama set of table and 6 Stacking chairs on 4th May and only just got my refund over 2 months later. Purchase price £849.00. The chairs arrived badly damaged — chipped, scratched, and poorly packaged. The table was the only item properly packed and undamaged.

They were slow to respond to emails, told me to keep the table, and sent replacement chairs — which also arrived damaged in the same poor packaging despite me raising this as an issue with Garden Street. Then they refused to try again and insisted on collecting everything (including the table) for a refund.

To make matters worse, the courier turned up without notice on a day they had said collection wasn’t possible, interrupting me whilst working.

I’ve since ordered the same items from Hills, Home and Garden with zero issues and really well packaged.
Garden Street were stressful, unreliable, and clearly unable to deliver quality furniture. I am amazed they have been unable to deliver undamaged goods.

Good product, but the delivery was poor. Goods were significantly damaged by the delivery people. I complained to Garden Street, and am still waiting for a proper response - all they say is that Garden Street is just a middle man - all the blame lies at their supplier (Palram) and the delivery people that they chose. What a cop-out. So I'm going to have a go at this company as they need to take responsibility on their own shoulders. PS - following my complaint, Garden Street has now compensated me for the poor delivery. Thank you.

We ordered a BBQ and cover, both arrived in good time and are great. However we got notifications of delivery of the cover, but not of the bbq, so had no idea when it was coming we were just surprised to find it sat in clear view in the middle of our driveway when I got home one day. I was not impressed that we got no information about delivery nor was I happy with where it was left as was not safe. I raised it with Garden Street along with a few questions. They chose to ignore it the first 2 emails and the 3rd time it just felt like a fob off and thay they were not taking it seriously. Im not sure how I would feel using a company again who really are not bothered about how poor the delivery company they use are. This was the main let down.

Rubbish! Curt communication take it or leave it attitude. Wouldn’t recommend :(

Ease of communication, good product and reasonable price

Really pleased with the new garden seat, nice and sturdy, fits well into our garden.

Purchased a parasol and base. Very happy with items and the speed of delivery as well as price. Also I had to query something with customer services and they dealt with it efficiently.It made a pleasant change to have someone pick up the phone straightaway.

Having been let down badly by a previous online seller, we found a better range of products suiting our budget at Garden Street.
Initial calls were answered promptly and clear information provided, with stocks checked and delivery dates provided.
A LG Saratosa Bistro set of two chairs and a small table, a larger table and 4 chairs, plus a free parasol. Parasol base had to be purchased.Delivery was free.
The order was compelled by three separate deliveries due to supplier stock locations, everything arrived within a few days of ordering. All drivers were extremely helpful.
Everything was well packed and simple clear instructions provided for a quick assembly of the chair and table legs. High quality stainless steel fixings were supplied including little plastic caps to further protect against the elements. There was also a small touch up of paint matching the colour of our set, not needed at time of assembly but handy to have should any damage occur in use.
The seasonproof and eco-friendly cushions are UV resistant water repellant, and quick-drying, and the removable zip covers mean that they are easy to clean and have proved to be very comfortable and coping extremely well with a light shower!
Highly satisfied with the service from Garden Street and one one on highly delighted with our choice of garden furniture.

Paid for furniture set. 11 days later delivery date given but on that day told furniture not in stock. Refund could take 3 days. Is this a scam keeping money for 14 days knowing furniture not in stock

I ordered a wooden love seat for the garden. When it arrived-the instructions and metal fixings were missing which was really disappointing. However I emailed Garden Street and within a 4/5 hours, they responded, saying they would send them 1st class. The missing items arrived the next day. 4/5 due to initial disappointment but excellent and rapid resolve from customer service. Thank you!

Will write a review about the rowlinson shed after we have assembled it. The delivery is appalling, if it wasn't for a very helpful delivery driver we would have had to refuse delivery. My husband specifically rang to ask how the shed would be packaged and was told that each section would be packaged separately so that we could carry it into the garden. However it came in one box which must have weighed nearly 100kilos. This breaches many health and safety rules. How is anybody supposed to be able to get this into a garden from the kerb. Very disappointing

I've ordered a Gazebo with "In Stock" status and quoted 3-7 "working days" delivery. However, its almost 7th "working day" and no communication about delivery since placing the order. When contacted Customer Services I got usual flat line response "quoted delivery timeline is only estimates (lies)". They basically drop ship orders and give you supplier related excuses, I am sorry my contract is not with supplier to hear those excuses. Its a simple product simple order and there are plenty of other retailers to fulfil it, yet Garden Street can't get it right! I will cancel my order if not delivered to my door within the advertised timeline. They are timewasters!

If I could give no stars, I would. Delivery is advertised as 1 - 5 days, on the fifth day I contacted garden street to chase the order. They promised to call back, but didn’t. Don’t waste your time/ money on them.

Ordered a garden swing seat from garden street, no communication from tham regarding delivery date, had to chase them up for this, was given a delivery date by the courier and waited in all day for no delivery to arrive, item then arrived 3 days later when no one was in, timber was damaged and the main section that the seat attaches too was missing, rang again to complain to be asked to email them my complaint 2 weeks later still nothing and no communication, just rang them to complain again and to tell them to cancel the order and suprise suprise again asked to put it in an email, this company should be reported to watchdog as they really do not care about customer service or selling products with parts missing absolute waste of time and money oh and everything you call customer services be prepared to be on hold everything for 10 mins, then again why am I suprised there must be alot more unhappy customers

Bought a pergola cover and assured it was size 4m x 3m. It arrived and I started installing inside my wooden pergola only to find it was actually 3.7 x 3.4 so too small. After many emails I was told it was my fault for not checking. Very poor service.

Very happy with the quality & look of Libeccio garden table & 6 chairs. Slight issue with the delivery in that Palletline gave me a different delivery date (3 days later) than what Garden Street told me. Not a major issue & it all arrived well packed and didn’t take long to attach table legs. Felt delivery charge at £149 was expensive.
