Fiji 2 seater suite ex display and table. Great service.
The whole experience from beginning to end has been smooth. As I was buying an ex display Fiji 2 seater suite I requested photos of the actual units which were in the warehouse. A very helpful lady sent them to me that same afternoon. The communication about delivery was seamless and I had my phone call an hour before arrival. The driver (sorry can’t remember his name) was very helpful and friendly. The fact that the company uses their own vans and staff to deliver is fantastic and makes a huge difference to the service. He had driven all the way to us in Devon, which I was not expecting. Plus I love the furniture, it is really well made and in very good condition. The cushions and back pillows are all new and great quality.

Still Waiting
Waited a long time for 2 x large garden benches to come in stock. Once they did, I ordered and paid immediately. Five weeks later, still no delivery date yet money debited immediately.

Still no delivery date despite several confirmation of contact, this has not happened.
No communication between sales and dispatch.
Still no goods, despite the company. taking payment several weeks ago.

Initial purchase simple
Initial purchase simple. However on delivery goods were damaged, I contacted the co. and they agreed to replace the damaged item. Delivery was arranged. The driver phoned me to tell me he was 15 mins away from delivery, eventually arrived an hour later. The items eventually good, after sales need improving. Remember the best form of advertising is a satisfied customer, the worst is a disatisfied one
