Following a loss of connection between my HIVE thermostat and boiler, GAIR sent out an engineer the following day who fixed the problem very rapidly. Moreover, there was no charge for this exemplary service. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough, having used them for the last three years to service my boiler and install new heating controls.

I have used this company since 2012 to arrange a new installation, for which I had a professional service throughout. Since the work was completed, I have gone on their service plan, and they have kept my boiler in good working order to date.

Gair Gas changed a gas hob into an electric one with overheat sensor to make our 97yr old relative a little safer.
Quickly worked out how to best install at first visit & excellent work on the install day.
Can't fault them.

I have used Gair Gas before and I was very happy with the job done. New radiators were fitted in readiness for a Heat Pump system install. All radiators were fitted without any issues. I was happy enough to call Gair for another job. I had to wait a couple of weeks for a quote, but then got a work date within days after accepting the quote. Again, the work was done without any issues.
The Engineers that came all ensured they took shoes off when asked, and we're all very pleasant to have around.
Quotes for both jobs were sensible, and included taking away old radiators and rubbish.
All in all, a good service from initial contact to job completion.

Having been with A1 Heating services for some time now we have have had a very good work relationship. Now being taken over by Gair gas we looking to have the same rapport. Kevin our engineer has been absolutely brilliant installing, commissioning and servicing the boiler from new. I would highly recommend his services to any new potential customer.

Superb service from the whole team at Gair Gas. A difficult issue to resolve with my gas fire was approached with care, understanding and a totally professional response. A fantastic local company. Highly recommended.

I have my boiler serviced, the boiler was fine but the engineer noticed that there was a problem with the pump and associated valves. I was sent a no obligation quote, I agreed to have the work done, the engineer carried out the necessary work to a high standard, the system is now running quieter than before. I'm glad I had the work done before the pump failed totally, credit to the engineer for evaluating the situation and advising me on the action required.

Sam Cattle assisted by Giorgio were both extremely proficient. They worked fast, made no mess and left the place clean and tidy.

My heating failed and as an 82 year old asthmatic I needed help quickly ! I was put on the emergency list . Very quickly an engineer arrived, found the problem , fitted new thermostat and tested system. Thank you all at Gair x
