On arrival at the store this morning we…
On arrival at the store this morning we were given the time and space to adjust and browse which enabled us to feel comfortable.
After a short while we were approached by Andrew, who introduced himself in a totally professional manner. We explained to Andrew are requirements and needs and after a short conversation to gain a better understanding of them he kindly showed us what was available to us! He was genuinely interested in are requirements and took his time showing us around obviously noting I have some mobility issues.
Andrew was extremely proactive in explaining our options and displayed positivity throughout our retail experience showing a strong knowledge of what was available.
The store itself was very clean and tidy with all products and displays presented to the highest optimum level. The infrastructure was clear and tidy to allow easy access to all areas and overall enhance the customer experience and satisfaction. Well done 10/10👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Visited FW Homestores today in Barnstaple
Visited FW Homestores today in Barnstaple with the view to browse and maybe buy a Sofa. The staff were great, helpful and polite leaving us to browse to our hearts content but being available should we require advice or assistance. We eventually spoke to Martin and he was very helpful, answered all our queries regarding the one's we were interested in we decided to order a corner sofa through him. Highly recommend FW Homestores and would buy from them again.

Cardoba bedroom furniture
We are returning customers to the Barnstaple store having previously bought our bedroom furniture and dining room furniture here. This time we went in for our son’s bedroom furniture. Had a brilliant experience with Tim in Cardiff leckwith store, a wonderful salesman. Not pushy at all, allowed us time to look whilst checking in frequently to see if we needed anything, were offered tea’s and coffees and even biscuits for our 1 year old. We even went back to SCS and DFS to see another sofa style that we liked but ultimately decided on the Kenzie in FW instead. Lovely man and a credit to the store!
