Ania and raj were really helpful when buying a sofa for my house. Really thorough and patient. Went through all the options and took the time to explain everything

We went to furniture village today and straight away helped by Fal. We weren't sure what exactly we were looking for but knew we wanted it today as it was needed for tomorrow. She worked the impossible for us. She was so helpful and had great customer service skills with a great sense of humour too.

Was greeted by a lovely lady called Anie at the Watford Branch. I wasn't hit the moment I walked in which is something that generally puts me off going into sale shops the moment youwalk through the doors. I sat down on a safa and Anie came over and smilled and said hi. I explained my situation, and what I was roughly looking for in terms of a sofa. Ania spent alot of time with me going through numerous sofas to try which I had researched before hand, but most were a little toolong for my lounge. Ania then managed to piece together a sofa which fitted within my measurements. I tried the sofa which was extremely comfortable, and had solid cushions which was something I was looking for. The paperwork and process was easy, Ania did all of that for me and explained the time length for delivery. My experience was pleasant and easy, and Ania was lovely looking after me during my visit

Went to FV quite late last Saturday, my wife wanted to see a sofa that she had seen on line.
Anthony the salesman soon came to help and was very helpful but without being pushy in anyway, very professional throughout.
Ended up buying a sofa and tub chair.
Charming character and a pleasure to work with.
Each, his boss was also very pleasant and after a little persuasion, added a couple of cushions at no extra charge, thank you both and we look forward to receiving the goods.

Furniture Village (FV) – Delayed Order 2091AF421 and Poor Communication
The sales representative at the Furniture Village Watford branch advised that delivery would take approximately five weeks, although the written contract stated a timeframe of five to seven weeks. In reality, the order was not completed until nine weeks after purchase.
While Furniture Village acted as the retailer and accepted the order, the armchairs themselves were manufactured by a subcontracted company engaged by FV.
Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Once the order exceeded the seven-week timeframe, I attempted repeatedly to contact an appropriate person to discuss the delay. This resulted in several days of unfulfilled promises that someone would return my calls, yet no one did so.
Using publicly available information obtained from Companies House, I submitted a formal complaint to David Ayers, Operations Director at Furniture Village in Slough. I did not receive a direct response to my letter. Instead, an email apology from FV was eventually received on the day the items were finally delivered.
The FV delivery depot in Dartford arranged three separate delivery bookings, each with a promised delivery window of 7:00am–10:00am, using an automated tracking system to provide progress updates. However, FV later admitted that on two of those occasions the items had not even arrived at the depot and had effectively been “lost” within their system.
When delivery finally took place, the delivery team themselves were professional, courteous, and efficient, assembling the furniture promptly and without issue.
Furniture Village clearly needs a dedicated and published escalation contact with the authority to resolve issues outside normal day-to-day customer service procedures. The absence of such a contact resulted in considerable time being spent attempting to reach multiple individuals with little or no outcome. In addition, FV should improve staff training in customer service, accountability, and ownership of customer enquiries.
As a result of this experience, I now have concerns regarding the reliability and responsiveness of any aftercare services Furniture Village may provide in the future.

Very happy with the mirror I purchased and looking forward to receiving my new mattress. Ania was very helpful 😊

Raj very nice guy and gave us enough time and explained well

We were served by a lady (forgot name) at Watford store and the experience was great. We went there to purchase Dining table, chairs and 3 seater recliner sofa. I love the range they have in all those categories and the lady was very polite and knowledgeable. She guided and explained us about different variations and suggested the best for us in good price.
