My experience was good in store I pick sofa and a picture. Please what bort help excellent service now waiting sofa & picture to come thank you staff work there very helpful.

Staff in the store were very helpful, delivery was on time and carried out very respectfully. All in all, a very pleasant and stress free experience.

Khadija was a very pleasant person to talk to.
She did her utmost to get what was needed to be done.
She also explained the whole process and what will happen next. Also kept me in the loop.

DON’T BUY FROM FURNITURE VILLAGE unless you are satisfied to wait 6 months for a table that is the wrong size on delivery - and I am still waiting over 6 months for a standard bench that is now lost! The quality of the equipment is second to none - however the communication and follow up has been non existent! I have had to call and chase multiple times to arrange delivery and question where my items were. At no point did I receive communication initiated from the company. I ‘may’ get a call if I just wait a few days which inevitably ends up being me having to chase again. So if you are wanting quality equipment that you can wait a lifetime for, and have the time to constantly chase when it will arrive, and if it will be correct - this is the place for you.

Fall was polite and positively engaged from the moment we entered the store. She listened, was very polite and excellent in her explanation. I was very happy with the purchase of the dining room chairs at the Furniture Village. I got an excellent service from Falguni whose recommendation helped with me with choosing suitable chair for me. Falguni was very friendly, polite and made me feel completely at ease.

Leigh at the watford branch of furniture village is brilliant.
We went in late in the day close to closing time and she still gave us time - no pressure to hurry our choice.

Watford Furniture Villages Mira made my experience of selecting my furniture extra special she was very patient when I was being indecisive and helped me to come to my decision without being to pushy explained everything clearly and precisely a pleasure MIRA.

Veera was very informative about the options available for a mattress

Raj was a fantastic salesman, providing great customer service, with attention to detail, we brought a new corner sofa, we the. Purchased a new dining table and chairs. Raj was a great help, very patient and knowledgeable.

Service from MIRA was excellent. Very knowledgable and explained differences in quality between ranges effectively.- e.g differences between G Plan (high end) and cheaper imports.

Furniture Village pricing methods are quite confusing - e.g.

Augusta round table and 4 chairs was indicated as a package at £1499.
Invoice showed table and chairs separately :- Chairs 2 pairs at £364.88 (729.76) and table at £769.24.
Also I ordered 2 extra chairs - this pair were priced at £379.
When I looked at the website the chairs had bank holiday week-end offer at £322. I rang back FV at Watford and said I wanted the chairs priced at £322 a pair. This was agreed.

It does not make sense to a customer that :- Package was more expensive than buying table and chairs separately. Also to have the same item (AUGUOBC2MIST) being priced at 3 different amounts during the same bank holiday offer does not make sense.

As I would expect - given the price - G Plan (Recliner chair and recliner sofa) and Augusta dining room furniture are of very high quality and I expect will outlast the 20 year structural guarantee.

Once again - Mira was excellent.
