We came in looking for a new mattress and was greeted by Steve Waterhouse. He was friendly, calm and extremely helpful. There was no loitering or being pushy instead he was knowledgeable and helped us from start to finish. We brought our mattress from Steve and will definitely be back.

A great experience! David was fab from start to finish. It’s really easy to feel like you’re being pestered to buy in these kind of shops because we know it’s all about the sales but Dave was professional, patient (we may have changed our minds quite a few times) and looked after us really well. After a few laughs, a couple of hot drinks and the best oat and raisin cookies I think we have ever had, David helped us secure the purchase and delivery of our new sofa and armchair. He was also great with our little boy who attended our first appointment with us and he recommended a carpet supplier who we have chosen to use!
