On visiting Funiture Village, we were able to browse freely to see what/which suite we wanted.
David then approached and guided us through the sale. We were both happy with the service he gave.

We’ve been into Furniture Village this weekend to buy a dining table & chairs. We were very impressed with the service we received from all the staff but in particular Craig was very helpful and professional. At no point did we feel pressured into going through with our purchase. We were just given helpful advice . The purchase process was simple & quick and we would definitely go back to this store again. Roll on 10 weeks when we take delivery

We came in tonight and Matt was helpful from the beginning. Gave us lots of advice about the tables and chairs and didn't pressure us into anything. While I waited, Steve was also fantastic—offering me coffee and ensuring I was comfortable. Both created a warm, welcoming atmosphere, turning a routine purchase into a fantastic experience.
