Just purchased our beautiful new leather sofa from Robert and what an amazing experience we encountered. An Absolutely genuine top bloke who provides excellent, knowledgeable, customer care &service .From the minute we entered the store we were welcomed and felt like a truly valued customer. No hard selling just a very relaxed & friendly approach which made our visit so refreshing and enjoyable. An Asset to the business . The store is immaculate & beautifully presented with lots of choice/ top quality furniture at reasonable prices. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROBERT First class service!!!!

We were seen by Brian Marshall at Straiton/Loanhead. He was welcoming knowledgeable patient and very friendly. He walked us through our options and we were extremely pleased with his service. Brian is an asset to your company. Excellent.

Your salesman - Brian Marshall certainly knew his products . We were shown various mattresses and allowed to test them until we found the right one. He then offered us various mattress protectors and various pillows which I tested until I found the correct one. I was going to other shops but your salesman convinced me to buy the mattress and was very professional

I took my elderly friend to look for a new bed. We went to the store at Straiton we were met by Gary (I think that was his name) he was very nice and kind too my friend. There was no hard sell he allowed her to browse but was on hand to help. It was a very pleasant trip.

The delivery was great. Kept up to date with progress and extremely accommodating with making sure the furniture arrived as expected. Worked over and above to ensure that the items were delivered exactly where required.

Loved being able to walk around looking without being harassed or followed. Found what I wanted and Hayleigh did the rest 👍

Damaged goods, mark on seat, this should have never left the factory with the mark under all the packaging.

Alannah was extremely helpful while helping my partner and I choose a suite for our new home. We didn’t have our exact measurements yet but from the floor plan she was able to work out the size of couch that would fit into the room. Would highly recommend Alannah at the furniture village, and would highly recommend the store to anyone looking for new furniture as the selection is great!

Our experience is FV has a good quality high standard of furniture at very competitive prices. All the staff are very friendly and do not follow you around the store they are happy to answer any queries there is no pressure sale tactics! We returned to FV after buying a sofa and chair last year with sales consultant Brian Marshall we purchased our dining table chairs sideboard and another sofa with Brian, we found Brian very professional, friendly and polite dealing with any queries regards the goods delivery etc.
