Furniture Village - Staples Corner Recensioni 

We recently visited Furniture Village at the Brent Cross branch and were assisted by Ahmed. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our visit. He took the time to answer all our questions, offered useful advice without being pushy, and made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Ahmed’s excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. He is a real credit to the Brent Cross team, and we would happily recommend Furniture Village to others based on the service we received.

Never ever buy from Furniture Village. I have been waiting for the bed for two months, only to receive a damaged divan base without a headboard. I have never experienced such poor product quality and customer service. I sent them several emails. They have never responded them and they didnot pick up their phones. They have activated the payment period although I have not received the bed! Fizz Hussain was the sale assistant from Staples Corner.

We bought a new sofabed which started to saddle. We reported it to Furniture Village and Kieran was supporting us to resolve the issue. Kieran thank you for your proactive support for not making an anxious situation more traumatic and resolving the matter. Thank you Furniture village for Kieran.

Excellent service from start to finish. The salesperson when ordering was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The furniture was ready exactly when they estimated it would be and they were happy to hold onto it for a bit longer as we weren’t quite ready. The men who delivered and assembled were very professional and left the room spotless. Overall can recommend the company very highly

I visited the Staples Corner store with a friend to find a sofa, and honestly it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Ahmed was brilliant, so friendly and funny, and helpfully pointed out that every sofa has a card with all the dimensions right there, which saved us a lot of tape measure wrangling! We ended up sitting on the Gemini for ages because we were just so comfortable, and Jeremy was also helpful while we took our time making our decision.

I was so happy with my purchase that I actually came back to the store with my daughter to show her the sofa we’ll be getting. The team were just as warm and welcoming the second time around.

The whole visit could have been quite daunting with so many options, but the staff made it feel easy and enjoyable. Great price too, picked it up in the bank holiday sale. Can’t wait for delivery next month!
