Lovely customer service. No pressure to buy but was given all the information needed.

Elizabeth was extremely professional and friendly and made us feel very relaxed. Good knowledge of products. And she even managed to make my grumpy husband smile 🙂

Robin was great at looking after us and making sure our purchase requirements for a new settee went smoothly. Ian who is the manager of the branch was also very attentive and explained everything precisely, very helpful when we decided to change the colour of the fabric. Would always buy from furniture village, good quality materials used and well made products .

We were served by Gouldi Souni. He was efficient, friendly, and not overbearing. We purchased a dining table with chairs. We are happy with that the purchase process. We hope that the dinning table and chairs are delivered on time and are of the quality we need.

The staff in the Staines-Upon-Thames branch were the pinnacle of excellence, in particular Gholdi. On the two occasions we came in, nothing was too much trouble, with customer service and helpfullness at the top of his priorities. His support and assistance was one of the key reasons we purchased alongside the quality of the corner sofa.
