Unfortunately the table we purchased from Furniture Village developed a design fault! Having contacted the customer support team we were immensely pleased with the service we received😊. Staff weren’t pushy but were helpful in answering all our questions noting this was our first sofa purchase. Provided us with all the information of extras which allowed us to make our own informative decision. Sofa has since been delivered and is great! Laura took our booking, easy to chat to, knowledgeable and would definitely recommend.

Raj at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had been in a month prior and spoke with him briefly about wanting a new sofa and although I wasn’t looking to buy right then he answered all my questions at the time and gave me some information to look over before making a decision. When I came back today he was working again and was just as helpful as my previous experience. As I had the information, I purchased a sofa today, and when I realised I forgot a key detail (power headrests) he was very understanding and accommodating and able to amend my error.
