The sofa was easy to order and was delivered on time. The delivery men did a great job in no time at all. Great service

The customer service was excellent, no pressure and questions answered without an hassle.

We bought a new Tempur mattress & 2 pillows. In store the service was exceptional. Robin was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. The delivery was on time and all communications were professional.

But, beware the trial information that is provided with the product, from Tempur, apparently only applies when you buy from Tempur direct. Furniture village do NOT honour the 30 day pillow trial although they do say they honour the mattress 100 day one. Unfortunately I have found the new pillow very uncomfortable & am not able to change it. Very annoying

We had the best customer service: great satisfaction after we realised the sofa order we placed was too big for our room.
Sales person Robin Sydney stood out and went the extra mile in resolving the issue.

I went into Furniture Village, Staines-Upon-Thames, this afternoon to buy a new set of sofas for my living room. I was replacing like with like, because it offers me everything that I need, so I knew exactly what I wanted, except for the fabric. My salesman, Abed, was very helpful in explaining the differences in the fabric options, and in offering suggestions in my chosen colour palette.
The whole purchase was made very straightforward, and I was given time to consider the quotation, before committing.
I was very pleased with my experience in shopping at Furniture Village, and would recommend it to my friends.

Searching for a kitchen table and I ended up in furniture village. A helpful salesman, robin, assisted me there and then.

When I returned the next day robin sold us the table with no hassle.

I went to the shop today to measure up and look at a few sofas. I was served by a Lady named Liz who turned out to be probably the most attentive and knowledgeable person I have met for a long while. Nothing was to much trouble, turning buying a sofa into quite a nice experience. I wish you well Liz. Thank you.

LIz and the team were lovely. We had a small dog with us and they looked after us all. We also found a lovely sofa!

We have had a wonderful experience today with Liz at Furniture Village. She looked out for our best interest and really understood what we wanted.
She has great knowledge of the products the store sell and was very helpful.

Syed was very friendly and helpful. He took his time explaining the different features of sofas we were interested in, and didn’t rush us in our decision. We have now ordered our sofa and are very happy with our service.

Finally after weeks of going to different places we ordered our sofa at Furniture Village Staines. This could not have been possible without the excellent service by Syed. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. An absolute credit to Furniture Village.
