Provided options that fitted my needs.

We came in your Staines Store and were given a tour of your beds by your colleague Raj. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we were indecisive. However we finally chose a bed and thankyou to Raj for his help.

It was very nice experience with furniture village in Staines. Iwould definitely recommend everyone to visit the store once. the sales person was very friendly and helpful in every way.

Initial service was great, The package for our dining room table and chairs all round good value for money.
We are repeat customers.

Shopping at Furniture Village in Staines has always been an enjoyable experience for me over the years, and my most recent one was no different. Abed's attentiveness and friendliness made the entire process painless, from advising me on my choices to following up on delivery - thank you! The other members of the team - Robin, Liz, Laura were also helpful - keep up the good work.

Laura Bielskyte the sales consultant was knowledgeable about the product. She explained the specification and grades of leather the sofa could be made in.
As I was unsure of the colour choice I decided to bring swatches of my colour scheme at home back to the store the next day. There was no pressure or hard sell, Laura advised she'd be happy to complete the sale when I was ready.

Having had problems with a sofa we brought the manufacturer advised that they would issue a full refund . I will do a separate review on the experience once everything has been sorted out . The reason for my review today is from the service that we received from Robin Sydney from the Staines store . Even though the sale would not be beneficial for him ,he took time and patience to answer all our questions in choosing replacement sofas and completing the paperwork for the new Malden store ,I think this should be recognised in some way.

Visited the store in Staines. We were approached by Liz who was very helpful. She explained the offers they had available and provided full details of the products we selected. We returned the following day after taking measurements and placed our order. We took advantage of the interest free option. Liz was very professional & knowledgeable. Great service 👌

Great customer care at the Staines store. Although we have moved away from the area we have continued to place orders through the Staines store because they are just so good. All their products are good quality and prices are very competitive. Delivery service very reliable

My friend had spotted a sofa days before and wanted my opinion about it. Goldy arrived, greeted us and assisted us all the way through for the purchase. My friend’s Enlglish is not the best and Goldy clarified all th process several times to ensure my friend’s satisfaction. We had a very pleasant and smooth experience. He reallywent above and beyond for us. My friend left super happy !!

Robin in Staines branch was very helpful and efficient.

Liz was amazing in helping us choose our table and chairs. She was calm and showed interest in the type of dining table we wanted. She was very attentive and patient with me and my wife as we kept changing our minds. Once we finally found our table and chairs she happy to wait just in case we change our minds again. we had the love of dogs that also made as all feel comfortable. Liz is amazing!!

All good with the purchase process and very good with the delivery experience we have just had. The two guys delivering our new sofas were Mehtab and Nicolae. Both of them were friendly, helpful, and considerate of our carpets etc. during the delivery process. Absolutely great all round.

Worst customer experience ever – avoid Furniture Village.
Do not believe the advertised 14–28 day delivery times — they are completely misleading. We placed an order for a mattress and base at the end of February, and now, at the end of May, we still have nothing. To make matters worse, the delivery date has been pushed back 7 times, and now delayed yet again until mid-June.

Communication from Furniture Village has been absolutely appalling. Not once has anyone proactively contacted us about these endless delays. We are always the ones chasing them, struggling just to get someone to answer the phone. When we finally do speak to someone, the response is useless — “there’s nothing we can do.”

This level of service is unacceptable. Selling products with unrealistic delivery promises, leaving customers completely in the dark, and showing zero ownership or accountability is disgraceful. We are beyond furious and deeply regret buying from Furniture Village. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time — buy elsewhere where they value the customer.

The two delivery guys today were great. Polite, courteous and very smiley. Respected our property too. The entire purchasing experience starting with Goldie at the store has been excellent.

Went in today to pay the balance on my purchase. Laura was very kind, happy and helpful
