What a great find! After checking out other sofa shops we discovered Furniture Village… and I’m so glad we did. Thanks so much to Kush and his team for making this such an enjoyable experience. He was extremely helpful, able to answer all our questions and make really useful suggestions. No pressure selling whatsoever! We are extremely happy with the service provided and very happy with our purchase.

Aamir was very professional , helpful but also very considerate and not pushy . He took time to explain the working of the table that I purchased. Didn’t push to upsell 6 chairs instead of the 4 I actually required. , for me this was important, he listened to my requirements . Because of his courtesy I actually ended up buying the extra cover , again he didn’t try the hard sell a lot of store staff do , for me this approach worked better.

We had a great experience at Furniture Village thanks to Mr Khushi. We purchased a king-size bed and mattress, a double bed, two sofas, and a dining table with chairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, taking the time to help us choose the right furniture for our home. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I needed a sofa in a hurry, the chap in the store (sorry can’t remember his name) was really helpful and found a customer return sofa that was just what I needed. He gave us option to collect it from the warehouse and ensured it was ready for us when we got there.

Went with my mom and sister to have a look around furniture village Solihull, one of the sales men "Kush" approached us and asked if we'd like a hot drink and a cookie, we said we were fine and carried on looking around, we had planned on going to all of the furniture shops but Kush helped so much once we found one we liked that we decided to go with what we found, great customer service, very friendly and helpful, we've gotta wait for delivery but very happy with the service. 😄
