When we picked this we were never pressured into buying. The sales team were helpful and informative throughout.
When it came to delivery that was very professional down to the exact time on the day of delivery. 100% recommend Furniture Village

This company is excellent with their service.
When ordering g plan furniture the salesman John said it would take about seven weeks to be made.
It was delivered seven weeks to the day from when I ordered it.
It was delivered by Ben and Tom who were excellent, very helpful and careful with the well packed furniture.

My wife & I have been customers of Furniture Village Solihull for many years! We have purchased a large wardrobes, Bedroom chest of drawers, sitting room furniture and three different swivel chairs.
We have always been impressed by the service and quality of our items!
Two days ago we visited to look at some new sitting room furniture and was attended to by Sacha - a delightful young lady who provided much needed information without any pressure!
Undecided as to whether we wanted a new sofa or two chairs we returned today and met Adrian :)
He certainly went 'the extra mile' to provide advice, guidance and choice (again without any pressure).
Additionally, he advised us on Furniture Care and was even able to apply a discount.
We would not hesitate to give Furniture Village, Solihull five glowing stars :)

From moment home delivery team Alfie & Shaun came to leaving they were professional, polite & pleasant, would recommend F.V as over all service from buying in store, which got perfect service, to delivery, also excellent service& especially Alfie & Shaun delivery team.

Well the service instore was good but promises where not kept,I rang the store the day b4 my delivery to make sure 100% I was going to be rang b4 delivery they assured me I would, I WASNT, I asked the driver they said didnt have any info and wasnt told to ring before , also I didnt receive my gliders for the bottom of the sofa legs so thats why got a 4 not a 5 star .

Went in bought 2 sofas and marble table would like to thank John on his excellent service,no hassle left us to decide what we wanted and would like to thank all the staff at Shirley solihull branch .

Furniture Village Solihull has an excellent customer service. Adrian and Kush have been particularly helpful.

When attending the store we were not overly pressured with sales staff. When we spoke with staff they were informative and not too pushy. Leon dealt with our purchase and was very helpful.

Adrian Ford was very helpful and his information resulted in us purchasing from you. There was no hard sell but Adrian provided useful detail which helped us make our decision to buy.

Leon Johnson was helpful and not a persistent sales consultant, like some in other stores, Leon, also i formed me of all I needed to know about a product,Leon is a credit to the store.will buy again.

Saw exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.

Had gone into Soilhull store to look for a sofa. Was unsure of what we wanted. Spoke with Kush who was very helpful..not a pushy sales person..gave my husband and I time alone to discuss and walk round the show room..even though we returned back to the 1st sofa we looked at..to purchase the sofa..the transaction was perfectly delivered by Kush..explained everything we needed to know. Looking forward to receiving my new sofa the end of October.

We were welcomed when entering the store and from then on we were given advice when requested, allowed to browse at leisure and offered more assistance when required.

Order process is thorough and we left satisfied that we had made a good purchase.
