Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service from Furniture Village.
I purchased an Mlily Hybrid Gel 3000 mattress in November 2024, and within around one year of normal use the mattress became significantly saggy with uneven firmness. Some areas remain firm while other areas sink badly, and even the edges collapse when sitting. The mattress is now uncomfortable and no longer provides proper support.
I reported the issue and provided photo/video evidence. A technician visited, but the company relied entirely on the report stating there was “no fault” and refused any replacement, repair, or refund.
What is most disappointing is not just the mattress quality, but the lack of support after purchase. A mattress at this price point should last far longer than this, and customers should not be dismissed when clear issues are visible.
I am now forced to seek further advice through external channels and the finance provider because Furniture Village refused to take responsibility.
Would not recommend based on my experience.

Alan was incredibly friendly and gave us the space to look around and check out the two sofas we’d already spotted online. Once we were ready, he stepped in with fantastic product knowledge and answered all our questions. The manager, Raj, also took the time to chat with my partner and me, which was a lovely, friendly touch.
​When we decided to go ahead with the purchase, Alan even made us a great cup of coffee and double-checked our measurements to ensure everything would fit perfectly. If you're looking for fantastic prices, expert advice, and a welcoming team, I highly recommend this place. There has been no Transparent pricing.the product dining table I have ordered is now 200 pound less worth even before I have received the product.

I was not told about the NHS discount even when I have mentioned both of us work in the NHS

I have a similar experience with the clock I have ordered online as well which I am yet to open as well

Andy Paz was very good. Taking the time to understand what we needed and not pushing us to buy any particular product. He explained the costs, options and processes very well and gave us full confidence.

Raj went all out to help me find the right chair and Geff was very helpful too. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We went in for 2 bar stools and walked out with the matching dining chairs and table thanks to the expert advice from Dawn. She was so helpful and understanding without being pushy.
