Dawn was the best furniture sales person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting

Andy at Furniture Village Rugby was brilliant from start to finish. He helped us choose the perfect sofa and dining table with great advice, patience, and no pressure at all. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and Andy Paz was extremely helpful when we purchased our new bed.

We visited the furniture village looking for a new bed, Raj Ahmed came along to help us and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and always gave us space to think by ourselves. He is a very good sale person. He got us refreshments too which really pleased the children and was a nice extra touch.
Lots of choice in the shop, clean and nice atmosphere.
We now look forward to receiving our bed.

I had a disappointing experience with Furniture Village’s after-sales service. I purchased a sofa set, and from the beginning the cushions did not feel up to the expected quality.

When I initially raised the concern, I was advised to use the product for some time and contact them again if the issue persisted. However, when I followed up later as suggested, my request was declined and no support was provided.

While the purchasing process was smooth, the after-sales support has been very unsatisfactory. It feels like the focus is mainly on completing the sale, with limited willingness to resolve issues afterward.

Overall, not a great experience and something to be mindful of before purchasing.

Came into the store today was helped buy the sales assistant (dawn) who was so helpful and very knowledgeable as to what we wanted will give dawn 5 stars for very good service.

Dawn was very helpful, took time to answer all our questions. Spent time with us to assist us , very patient.
Would recommend Dawn to all our family & friends.

Dawn was really helpful and friendly

The show room has lots of options, we managed to buy our bed, sofas and dining table set from here. The lovely Dawn helped us throughout and helped us choose furnish our property by understanding our taste and colour palette for our new house.

We had a great experience purchasing our kitchen table, all thanks to Andy. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy.
Andy took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options with real knowledge and honesty. He made the whole process feel easy and stress free. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it really shows in the level of service he provides. We’re absolutely delighted with our table and couldn’t recommend Andy highly enough.

Wow my bed and mattress are fabulous. I have had top service from start to finish at the Rugby Store, including the delivery men who delivered and assembled my bed.
Thank you to the sales manager and store manager for the 5 start service. I can’t wait to get my blanket box it will finish my room off nicely. I will use your service again.
