Ordered our new bed, to replace one bought 8 years ago from same store.

Greg provided excellent assistance, offering a warm welcome and a thorough explanation of all the details.

We had a change of circumstances with our house move that meant our order would not work for us. Ash from the Rugby Furniture Village was fantastic and went above and beyond to sort this for us . He even made the tea. Thanks Ash.

Raj Ahmed at the Rugby Furniture Village store was excellent. We had a restricted width to work with, and he helped us find a sofa bed that actually fit rather than pushing standard options. He was knowledgeable about the mechanism quality and made sure we understood the protective cover included, covering mattress, springs, and leather. Clear, honest advice throughout — highly recommend asking for him at this branch. Purchased in July 2026, delivery expected in about a month. Looking forward to receiving the delivery.

When in store, the Sales Assistant (Dawn) was very attentive & helpful, and we were able to make a purchase which we are very pleased with.
However, we found your website very confusing. On selecting reclining chairs we liked, the website said only one was available to view in the Rugby Store and we nearly didn’t drive over thinking it could be a wasted visit. I am pleased to say this was not the case and we found there were several in store. Also, we booked an appointment for a Sales Assistance, but when we arrived in store no one seemed to know about this.
Thiat said, the service we received in store was excellent.

Andy from the Rugby store was very helpful and informative. There was no pressure from him and he was there if I needed him, he wasn’t constantly on at me like some stores! I was so happy I got a table, chairs and sofa! Thank you Andy!
