Paul and Tommy delivered our items, they were fantastic so friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble, a credit to the delivery team.

Great communication from vinny 20 mins prior to deliver
Very quick and efficient gave consideration to moving photographs off the wall etc etc
Both delivery guys were very cheerful and well mannered even offered to remove their shoes . Would highly recommend these lads to anyone

Ste & Kailwb delivered our mattress and pillows.
They rang ahead to check I was home and were super friendly on arrival. They quickly took the mattress to our room and explained the care instructions clearly.

From first entering the store in Manchester, White City Retail Park to our sofa being delivered and assembled we have received amazing customer service. Soheb and Ryan arrived on time and built our sofa in record time. I was given a demonstration of how everything worked and everything was cleared away. Paul and Tom were very professional. The delivery was first of the day, they called to let me know they were coming, were polite, carried it all in, assembled our new sofa, checked it all worked and gave us the advice about our cover, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Can't fault them

Delivery was on time to the room I wanted and correct items delivered . Sadly they could not say when the fitters would be to assemble the items, so left with wrapped items in middle of room.
Now 18/7, Having telephoned Customer Services and visited Preston Store, they confirmed assembly should have been completed at delivery.
Have received no apology, reason for non-assembly, or date of possible assembly, indeed made to feel I was the problem.
Having paid good money, it is quite depressing going to bed each night with cardboard boxes to look at.

Tried to email, but not recognised
Tues assembled items myself, only took required was Allen key in the box, wardrobe was difficult as really needs two people to lift top onto bottom.
Weds 22, still no reply to any of my messages, went to Preston store, spoke to Matt the sales manager, he apologized and refunded the delivery charge.

Was ok apart from damaging my skirting board driver said someone would come out to fix it hope so
