Trevor at the Cheltenham store was really lovely. Great salesman and pitched just right. Really friendly and helpful.
Sales process was straightforward.
Rob & Kyle who made the delivery were a great team. Again really friendly, efficient and genuinely happy guys. Lovely to see.
Whole experience was great.

Rob & Kyle were outstanding, called to let me know they were nearby and very polite and friendly when they arrived. They laid out some floor covering to protect our carpet and made sure to bring the items in carefully to avoid damage.

Both were very polite and friendly, and assembled and arranged the furniture for me all within ten minutes. Really really pleased with the service so thank you both!

Had my recliner sofa delivered today on the 20.8.2026.

Kris & Sancho were very polite, they asked where i’d like the sofa put, and if i needed any help moving it any where else.
They made sure that nothing was damaged as well.

Just had our new mattress delivered by Rob and Kyle. They informed us beforehand when they were likely to arrive. Arriving when they said they would, they were efficient and polite. An excellent delivery experience.

Anton and Sean arrived bang on time and did a great job. They were careful, considerate and very professional.They brought in the new suite, assembled and tested everything. There was a mountain of cardboard and polythene but they spirited it all away and left nothing behind, all done in just half an hour.

Geoff and Pete delivered our new Sofas - they were polite, courteous, and took time to put down protective mats etc when coming in through front door. set sofas up showed me how they worked, checked I was happy - absolutely excellent service!

Huge thanks to Geoff & Pete for their professional, efficient and friendly manner. I was impressed from the very beginning. I received a 3-hour delivery window notification the afternoon before, followed by a courtesy call to confirm their actual ETA, which was spot on.

On arrival, they immediately put down a dust sheet to protect the carpets and either removed their footwear or put on overshoes. They took great care during installation, ensuring they didn’t mark the walls or damage any existing furniture, ornaments or fittings.

Once the recliner chair was assembled, they asked me to sit in it and check that I was completely happy with the mechanism. They also took away all the packaging, leaving everything clean and tidy.

I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service. Professional, courteous and genuinely caring from start to finish. Thanks Furniture Village, Great service as ALWAYS!

On 15.08.26 delivery staff Geoff &Pete where respectful towards our home also patience with customer when checking furniture peaces over as it was the 4th Delivery on Petit recliner sofa and armchairs.
Close communication on Delivery time via call,and text. Can fault the drivers.
However customer care failed on 4th attempt to stick to agreement on checking the furnitures before dispatched from the warehouse.

David and Robbie our home delivery specialists arrived in the allocated time frame, were friendly and efficient and took great care with our new leather recliners. It was a great experience. Thanks guys
