The communication was really good with delivery days and time
One issue was when order we explain that the delivery drivers would need to reverse up the lane but this didn't get shared with them
Anton and Matt where great very friendly put the furniture together and cleaned up behind them
Would recommend
As they are the face of your company you are very lucky

The whole experience was faultless, from the first contact with our salesman James Welsh, who was very attentive, listened and advised, to the delivery completed by Rob & David, who were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. I really can’t recommend enough, this would absolutely by my first port of call for any future needs. The sofa is great too 😀

Fred&Kyle delivered my sofa & chair and they were very professional. It was difficult to get the furniture into the room but they worked as a team and kept me up to date throughout. Excellent service

Second furniture delivery for us by Sancho and Kris and, once again, exemplary. Received eta call as promised, arrived ahead of estimated arrival time. Both were courteous, polite and respectful. A pleasure to have them in our home. A credit to the Furniture Village team.

The delivery service was brilliant, Dave and Joe were superb they brought in the furniture, assembled the table checked it was level, and removed all the packaging, and asked if I was pleased, I was delighted these two chaps are a credit to your company.

The furniture arrived in perfect condition. Sebastian and Mike quickly assembled everything and brought it into the house. The whole process was fast and efficient. Great service!

The delivery team, Anton & Kyle, were friendly & efficient. They quickly assembled the table, explained how to extend it & removed the packaging. Good service.

Had our table and chairs delivered along with our new suite. A special thanks to the delivery guys Geoff & Pete who were respectful of our property and assembled most of the work in their lorry. Done a lovely job finishing all the assembly needed when in situ with care. It looks lovely and so pleased with it all.
